An image forming system includes: a printer for a continuous form; an inspection device that inspects a printed material output from the printer; and a processor configured to: cause a printed material output from the printer to be transported to the inspection device; in response to an anomaly being detected in the printed material in the inspection device, cause the printer to rewind the printed material with the detected anomaly; cause a leakage prevention process to be performed on the printed material in the printer, the leakage prevention process preventing information printed on the printed material from leaking outside; and cause the printed material on which the leakage prevention process is performed to be output again from the printer.
