Cutting set system for a meat mincing machine

The invention relates to a reliable cutting set system for a meat mincing machine. The mutually matched coding (14, 24) between knife pins (10) and the cutting set element (20) prevents an incorrect installation of the cutting set element (20) after a cleaning process or during the initial assembly, thereby increasing the operational safety. The invention allows a detection of the correct cutting set element (20) of a cutting set system and thus an unambiguous allocation of the cutting set element to a knife pin (10) of a cutting set system.

An embodiment described herein provides for a system for removing or installing a grinder plate. The system includes a grinder plate having a disk shaped body which defines a central cylindrical aperture extending therethrough and a first one or more screw threads are defined in the central aperture. The system also includes a plate handling tool having an elongated body defining a second one or more screw threads on an external surface proximate the first end. The first one or more screw threads of the plate are configured to mate with the second one or more screw threads of the tool.

Separator for a grinding machine

A grinding machine for grinding foodstuffs, such as meat or the like, includes an orifice plate at the outlet of a grinding head. The orifice plate has collection passages that discharge a mixture of soft material and hard material through the orifice plate. A separator assembly is located downstream of the orifice plate for separating the soft material from the hard material. The separator assembly includes a tapered, perforated separator chamber that receives the mixture of soft material and hard material, in combination with a rotatable separator screw located within the separator chamber. Rotation of the separator screw functions to separate the soft material from the hard material and force the soft material through the perforations in the separator chamber. An adjustment arrangement enables the axial position of the separator screw to be adjusted within the separator chamber.

Stomper for food grinder

A stomper for a food grinder comprises a distal end adapted to push food into a receiving tube of a food grinder, a proximal handle end adapted for a user to grasp the stomper while pushing food into the receiving tube of the food grinder, an elongated shaft between the distal end and the proximal handle end, a channel defined in the proximal handle end, and a bayonet projecting from one or more internal walls of the channel. The bayonet is adapted to engage a protrusion on an auger of the food grinder to apply a pulling force to remove the auger from the food grinder.

Blade

The invention relates to a blade, more particularly for a meat grinder. The blade (10) has a collar-type sealing ring (18) between the hub (11) and the inner ends of the blade wings (14). The sealing ring (18) has the same height as the hub (11) as the adjacent sealing ring (18) has or the hub (11) has a smaller height. The hub (11) thus does not impede the rubbing of the cutting edges (16, 17) of the blade (10) or the rubbing of the sealing ring (18).

Method, a system and devices for processing at least one substance in a dried, fragmented, fluidized end product
10260803 · 2019-04-16 · ·

A method, a system and devices are for processing of at least one substance into a dried, fragmented and fluidized end product. The at least one substance is delivered in fragmented state from a fragmenting device to a fluidizing, drying and filtering unit. The at least one fragmented substance is subjected to fluidizing action from at least one set of rotary shovels while blowing a drying agent (DA), e.g. hot gas, hot air, vapor or superheated steam into a space of the unit. The drying agent, having passed through fluidized, fragmented substance(s), is sucked and filtered to let it exit a space at an upper end or lateral region thereof. Further, the fragmented, fluidized and dried substance(s) are caused to leave the space at a lower region thereof as the product. Humid drying agent exiting the space is at least partly de-hydrated and/or heated before re-entering the space.
