Processing plant
The invention relates to a processing plant, in particular a rock crusher (10), having a filler unit (20,), which can be filled with a material to be crushed, wherein a screening unit (30) is arranged downstream of the filler unit (20) in the conveying direction or in the filler unit (20), which screening unit can be oscillated by means of a vibration exciter (38), wherein the screening unit (30) is used to feed a first part of the supplied material to a process unit, in particular a crusher unit (40) and another part of the supplied material is screened-out in the screening unit (30), wherein a flap (72) of a conveyor unit (70) adjustable about a swivel axis (74.1) is used in a bypass position to feed the screened-out part of the material either onto a conveyor device, in particular a crusher discharge conveyor (60), bypassing the process unit, in particular the crusher unit (40), or, in a conveying position, to discharge the screened-out part of the material from a working area of the processing plant by means of a conveyor device (50), wherein bearing segments (75.1) of a bearing (75) are coupled to opposite sides of the flap (72), which are rotatably installed on the conveyor unit (70). It is suggested that at least one detachable clamping segment (80.1, 80.2) is assigned to at least one of the bearing segments (75.1), which acts in a clamping manner on the assigned bearing segment (75.1) and secures the latter in a swivel position of the flap (72) relative to the conveyor unit (70), such that in the swivel position the flap (72) is secured against rotation relative to the conveyor unit (70).
Waste management system
A waste management system, primarily intended to be for waste floating in water, though it can also be used on land. A shredding device will reduce the size of the particles of waste. Ocean water is removed by a drying device. The dried waste material is cryogenically frozen using liquid nitrogen or other suitable means. The frozen waste material is then pulverized and ground into a powder. The powder may then be sprayed into a gas-filled chamber and heated. Temperature, pressure and humidity are maintained within the chamber for more than one minute. Microwave or other radiation and catalysts may be used to enhance the process of extraction. The processed material is then removed from the chamber. Carbon and water may be recycled. The carbon may be used as fuel by the ship. Water may also be used by the ship or returned to the ocean in a non-toxic condition.
Animal bedding
Animal bedding is disclosed. The animal bedding comprises a juniper tree cut at ground level, the juniper tree having needles and a trunk. The juniper tree is naturally dried until the needles are brown, then ground using a screen that is 3 inches or less. The ground juniper tree is hammer milled and dust of 20 mesh minus is extracted from the hammer milled tree, which is then placed in a bagging machine and dust is vacuumed from the juniper tree. The juniper tree is then bagged.

RECIRCULATING CRUSHING PLANT
Systems, methods and apparatus are provided for crushing aggregate material. In some embodiments, in an operating configuration a recirculating conveyor deposits material previously crushed by a crusher into the feed inlet of the crusher. In some embodiments, the recirculating conveyor is pivoted inward about a vertical axis into the operating configuration.

Self-locking charging hopper
The invention relates to a charging unit of a material processing apparatus having a charging hopper, the side walls (22) and rear walls (23) of which can be folded over between a working and a transport position by means of actuators (40, 50). A deflection element is provided, which converts the movement of an actuator during a portion of a movement thereof into a rotational movement of the rear wall or of the side wall and, during a further portion, into a translational movement. As a result of the rotational movement, the rear and side wall can be pivoted between the working and transport position, while by means of the translational movement, the rear and side wall can be connected to each other by means of an appropriate closure (60). By means of the deflection element, a simple, self-securing, and economical structure of the charging hopper is made possible.
LOCKING ROTOR ROTATION DEVICE
A rotor rotation device the rotor of a crusher includes a drive mechanism comprising a worm shaft and corresponding worm wheel. The worm wheel can selectively be coupled to said rotor in order to effect controlled rotation of the rotor, e.g. to facilitate maintenance of the crusher. The worm shaft cannot be back-driven by the rotor which allows the drive mechanism to serve as a lock against unwanted or uncontrolled rotation of the rotor.
Systems and methods for large debris conveyance
A device for sorting particulate material includes a main conveyor belt, a separation screen, a graded material conveyor, and an oversize material conveyor. The separation screen is configured to separate the material into a first portion and a second portion with a larger average particle diameter than the first portion. The graded material conveyor is positioned below the separation screen to receive the first portion of the material, and the oversize material conveyor is positioned at an end of the separation screen to receive the second portion of the material.
PORTABLE GRINDING/SHREDDING/CHIPPING SYSTEM HAVING MANIPULABLE TRACK DRIVE AND OTHER IMPROVEMENTS
A portable grinding/shredding/chipping system with a drive track assembly which is manipulatable to facilitate altering the orientation of the portable grinding/shredding/chipping system. This arrangement results in improved loading and processing, of both long and short materials, as well as facilitates connection of a transport dolly and a transport truck/tractor without requiring any additional lifting mechanism. A pivotable housing provides greater access to the rotor and has an over-center arrangement which prevents the pivotable housing from inadvertently moving or pivoting back into engagement with the rotor. The portable grinding/shredding/chipping system is provided with a belt drive assembly which facilitates modification of the rotational speed of the rotor by merely replacing a sheave of the belt drive assembly. Lastly, both head and tail pulleys are driven by a respective motor so that a catinary of the discharge conveyor is radiussed which shortens an axial length of the system.
