Air purification method based on cloud physics
This invention is directed to an air purification method capable of removing small aerosols and a wide size range of aerosols, with minimum aerosol radius smaller than 0.01 micron. The method humidifies the air in an enclosed space and produces supersaturation at a level of at least 12 percent in at least a portion of the enclosed space so that water vapor condenses on aerosols to form water droplets. The method also coalesces the water droplets formed by supersaturation using coalescence devices that can coalesce droplets with minimum radius smaller than 0.01 micron, thereby lowering the equilibrium supersaturation, enabling water droplets to grow faster, be more stable and easier to be removed compared to when coalescence is absent. The method dehumidifies the air so that the water droplets with captured aerosols are removed. Coalescence enables droplets to grow under a lower ambient supersaturation level, thus saving a considerable amount of energy.
CONTINUOUS BIOMASS EXTRACTION SYSTEM AND PROCESS
A method for producing valuable organic liquid from a biomass wherein a gas is heated to a predetermined temperature to produce a heated gas. The heated gas is mixed with a biomass to produce an enriched organic vapor and a biomass waste product. The biomass waste product is separated from the enriched organic vapor. The enriched organic vapor is cooled to produce a liquid organic oil and the liquid organic oil is collected. A system for producing the liquid organic oil wherein the system includes a heat source for heating a gas to produce a heated gas and a first separation unit to separate an enriched organic vapor and a biomass waste product. The enriched organic vapor and the biomass waste product are generated from mixing the heated gas and a biomass. The system also includes a wet scrubber for cooling the enriched organic vapor to remove certain compounds from the enriched organic vapor to generate an enriched organic smoke. The organic smoke can be transformed to the liquid organic oil in an electrostatic precipitator.
A Green Resource-Generating Method Based on Thermal Mass Synergy of Waste Integrated Circuit Board
A green resource-based method of thermal mass synergy in waste Integrated circuit board mainly includes carbonization cracking system, crushing and separation system, gasification cracking system and heat value utilization and comprehensive recovery system. Compared with existing techniques, carbonization cracking system can realize the dry distillation cracking of organic matter in waste integrated circuit board which converts carbon, hydrogen and other elements into fuel carbonized cracking gas and cracking oil, the heat from the combustion of the carbonization cracking gas of the invention provides the energy needed for the carbonization cracking to realize self-heating carbonization cracking. Carbonization cracking products are cracked and separated to solve the problems such as hard to break and organic coating metal caused by direct crushing and separation of traditional circuit boards which Improves crushing and separation effect; gasification cracking system achieves the comprehensive utilization of carbon, the gasified cracking gas can be used as a heat source for subsequent valuable metal recovery to further improve the utilization rate of calorific value. The invention has the characteristics of: high heat value utilization rate, low energy consumption, high metal recovery rate, short process recovery of valuable metal and no pollution of flue gas.
