CLEANING DEVICE, COMPRESSED-AIR SYSTEM, VEHICLE AND CLEANING METHOD
A cleaning device for selectively applying a first medium to a surface includes a high pressure reservoir configured to store the first medium held under a storage pressure, a pulse nozzle configured to apply the first medium under the storage pressure in a pulsed manner to the surface, and a switching valve that includes a nozzle port and a high pressure reservoir port for selectively establishing a first connection between the high pressure reservoir and the pulse nozzle, and a feed port for establishing a second connection between the high pressure reservoir and a first medium source. The high pressure reservoir and the switching valve are structurally integrated in a reservoir valve module. The switching valve comprises a solenoid valve to switch between the first and the second connection when the high pressure reservoir port is under the storage pressure.
Switching valve and intermittent air blow gun
An intermittent air blow gun (10a) has a switching valve (26) including a switching-valve case (27) and a valve assembly (31), and the valve assembly (31) includes: a valve body (53) configured to open and close a valve hole; a small-diameter piston (33) partitioning so as to form a small-diameter pilot chamber (34); and a large-diameter piston (37) partitioning so as to form a large-diameter pilot chamber (38). The valve body (53) is switched to a closed position when air discharged from an inside of the switching-valve case (27) to an air discharge section (24) is supplied to the large-diameter pilot chamber (38) through a bypass flow path (77), and the valve body (53) is switched to an open position when air is exhausted.
Diffuser and semiconductor processing system using same
A diffuser for diffusing a gas includes a base portion and a head portion fluidly coupled to the base portion. The head portion includes a diffuser element configured to diffuse a first fraction of the gas through a circumference of the diffuser element and a second fraction of the gas through an end surface of the diffuser element. The head portion further includes a connecting structure having a first connecting portion configured to receive a portion of the diffuser element therein and a second connecting portion protruding outwardly from the first connecting portion and configured to couple to the base portion.
Showerhead having a detachable gas distribution plate
Embodiments of showerheads having a detachable gas distribution plate are provided herein. In some embodiments, a showerhead for use in a substrate processing chamber includes a body having a first side and an opposing second side; a gas distribution plate disposed proximate the second side of the body; and a clamp disposed about a peripheral edge of the gas distribution plate to removably couple the gas distribution plate to the body, wherein the body is electrically coupled to the gas distribution plate through the clamp.
INTERMITTENT AIR-GENERATING DEVICE
A control valve in an intermittent air-generating device has a five-port valve, the inlet port of which is connected to a fluid supply source and the outlet port is connected to an air-spraying device. As a result of pilot air being supplied to a pilot input port, a valve element moves, and as a result of the inlet port and the outlet port being put in an ON state in which the two are in communication with each other, compressed air is sprayed from the air-spraying device. Meanwhile, as a result of the pilot air being discharged from the pilot input port by way of a discharge port, the valve element moves in the opposite direction and the inlet port and the outlet port are put in an OFF state in which the state of communication between the two is blocked. The ON state and OFF state alternate intermittently.
Washer fluid vehicle reservoir
Disclosed is an improved vehicle reservoir system for managing the distribution of applicable fluids, including either liquids or gases individually, simultaneously, or a combination of these in a predefined sequence. In one embodiment, a first reservoir contains a non-pressurized fluid that is transferred to a distribution manifold and a second reservoir contains a pressurized fluid that can be transferred to the distribution fluid for admixing with the first reservoir fluid, or to a second distribution manifold, or a combination thereof.
Nozzle device and system for sorting objects
A nozzle device for sorting objects by ejecting a gaseous media towards said object. The nozzle device nozzle device including: a nozzle unit including at least one nozzle; a nozzle bar including gas supply means for providing a gaseous media to said nozzle unit; and a nozzle fixation bracket adapted for holding said nozzle unit in place; said at least one nozzle including: an inlet for receiving the gaseous media; and having one outlet, having an outlet area, for ejecting the gaseous media towards an object to be sorted; a channel extending between said inlet and said outlet; an outlet portion surrounding at least said outlet, wherein said outlet portion including a flexible material, which deflects upon ejection of the gaseous media, received from said nozzle bar, through said outlet whereby said outlet area increases. Also, a system for sorting objects.
Nozzle and injection device for use in underground coal gasification process and method for operating injection device
An injection device, which comprises a nozzle and which is used for an underground coal gasification process; the nozzle and the injection device are used for continuously injecting a high-concentration oxidant into an underground coal layer during the underground coal gasification process, in which case the high-concentration oxidant may be used safely and steadily to obtain a high-quality and stable product gas, while a retraction cycle and/or a retraction distance of a retraction method in the existing technology may be greatly shortened, thus achieving the continuous and steady operation of the underground coal gasification process. Also disclosed is a method for operating the injection device.
COMPRESSED FLUID DISCHARGE CONTROL DEVICE
A compressed fluid discharge control device is provided with a diaphragm valve. When an opening/closing operation member is operated, a pilot chamber opening/closing valve opens to open a pilot chamber. As a result, pressure within a valve chamber becomes higher than that in the pilot chamber and the diaphragm valve separates from a valve seat. Then, compressed fluid previously accumulated in a holding chamber flows into a discharge passage through the valve chamber and is discharged from the discharge opening of the discharge passage.
Fluid Dispensing Device
The invention pertains generally to an improved fluid dispensing device, particularly a dispensing device which employs at least one hemispherical domed cannister source of reactants and which uses a color-changing dispensing plastic tip to inform the end-user if the reactants are at a proper use temperature.
