A fluid sprayer includes a battery supported by a stand of the sprayer and that is configured to provide electric power to a motor of the sprayer to cause pumping by a pump of the sprayer. The battery is mounted vertically below the sprayer body. The battery is bracketed by vertical portions of the stand.

A manually-operated trailer wash apparatus for washing an interior of a trailer includes a frame with a handle configured to be manually pushed by a human operator and front and rear wheels. Rotatable couplings are disposed between each of the wheels and the frame to rotate the wheels in response to the manual pushing of the handle. A conduit is coupled to the frame and extends transversely across a direction of travel of the apparatus. The conduit has a plurality of nozzles to pressure wash a surface on which the apparatus travels. The conduit receives pressurized fluid from a hose and pump system.

A water rinsing apparatus is disclosed for spraying water upwardly against the underbody of a vehicle to rinse and clean the surfaces thereof. The water rinsing apparatus includes a water delivery tube connectable at its inlet end to a garden hose, and at its outlet end to a manifold which distributes water to a plurality of upwardly directed water spray nozzles mounted in the body of the manifold. Wheels are rotatably mounted on fixed axle members projecting longitudinally from opposite sides of the body of the manifold, and provide maneuverability for the apparatus.

An ozone disinfecting system includes a water holding tank configured to hold water for use by the ozone disinfecting system. An ozone generator machine is configured to convert the water into an ozone cleaner agent. An ozone holding tank is configured to hold the ozone cleaner agent created by the ozone generator machine. A drain is configured to drain fluid from the ozone holding tank to the water holding tank. A pump is configured to cycle the fluid from the water holding tank to the ozone generator machine and into the ozone holding tank. A controller is configured to control the pump, the ozone generator machine, and the drain. Wherein, the controller controls the pump, the ozone generator machine and the drain to create the ozone cleaner agent from the water and cycle it between the water holding tank and the ozone holding tank at a specified cycle time.

A paint sprayer includes an end bell, a motor connected to the end bell, a pump drive connected to the end bell, a pair of protrusions attached to an extending from the end bell such that each protrusion is cantilevered from the end bell, and a pump assembly comprising a pair of mounting holes and containing a piston. The pair of mounting holes is adapted to receive and slide onto the pair of protrusions to mount the pump assembly on the end bell as well as slide off of the pair of protrusions to remove the pump assembly from the end bell. The pump drive is configured to covert rotational motion output by the motor to reciprocal motion. The pump assembly is configured to pump paint when reciprocated by the pump drive while mounted on the end bell.

A combined roof spraying and seaming assembly that is easy, safe, and efficient to operate. The assembly is able to provide consistent coating thickness to the surface of a roof, while being able to fully coat all surfaces on the roof. The assembly can readily seam various types of roof surface conditions, such as those having channeled, corrugated, and/or ribbed surfaces.

Disclosed is a self-aligning device, apparatus, and method for cleaning panels including photovoltaic panels. In an embodiment of the invention, a panel cleaner comprises a manifold, a plurality of nozzles operatively connected to the manifold, wherein the manifold supplies fluid to the plurality of nozzles, a guide comprising a hub and a plurality of spokes extending radially from the hub, wherein the guide is rotatable about an axis defined by a concentric center of the hub, and a plurality of wheels. In another embodiment of the invention, a method of cleaning an array of panels with a panel cleaner, each panel positioned adjacent to at least one other panel forming a panel gap between said panels, the steps comprising: inserting a guide spoke of a first guide within the panel gap, the guide spoke connected to a hub flange of a first hub assembly, wherein the first hub assembly is attached to a first axle; spraying pressurized fluid from a plurality of nozzles operatively connected to a manifold, the manifold offset from the first axle by an upright; and moving the panel cleaner over the surfaces of the panels in the array of panels using a plurality of wheels in a direction parallel to the panel gap in which the guide spoke is inserted.

A coating system operations vehicle. Related methods are provided for filling a tank and operating coating equipment on a vehicle. The methods include pumping coating from containers into a tank on the vehicle and dispensing the coating for application on a surface. A method also includes removing residual coating from the containers after pumping out coating and adding the residual coating material to the tank. If the level of coating is at the desired level in the tank, a layer of water may be formed over the coating in the tank.
