METHOD AND DEVICE FOR APPLYING A COATING OR IMPREGNATING AGENT TO THE EDGE OF A DECORATIVE PANEL
One or more belts or bands are provided for feeding rectangular decorative panels through an apparatus. During the feed-through operation, a first edge and a parallel second edge of the decorative panels are kept parallel to the feed-through direction through the apparatus. The apparatus includes a wall for guiding the first edge of the panels; while the apparatus has a member which by exerting pressure on the second edge of the panels can press the first edge of these panels against the wall. The apparatus includes a device for applying a coating or an impregnating agent to at least a part of the second edge and/or of the first edge while the first edge is being pressed over at least a part of its length against the wall.
Bookbinding device having a glue cartridge and, a glue cartridge receiving unit
A glue cartridge (130) comprises a glue tank (101), a rotatable glue spreading roller (104) connected to the glue tank, which is arranged directly below the glue tank (101) and at least one rotation means (106, 107) usable from outside the glue cartridge (130) for rotating the glue spreading roller (104). The glue spreading roller (104) of the glue cartridge is designed so that the form of the glue spreading roller (104) prevents glue from escaping from the glue tank (101) when the glue spreading roller (104) is in place and takes glue from the glue tank (101) when the glue spreading roller (104) is rotated. A block (1360) of sheets to be bound to form a book is set in a bookbinding device (1300), and glue is spread on the spine (1362) of the block (1360) in such a way that glue is obtainable from an exchangeable glue cartridge (130) by using a receiving unit (150) for the glue cartridge (130).
STAIN AND PAINTING TOOL
The present invention comprises a crack and groove stain and paint tool and method of staining or painting a crack or groove with the crack and groove stain and paint tool comprising a handle, a flat blade attached to the handle and having a first face and a second face separated by an edge, and a backing fabric secured to the blade with the backing fabric having a stain or paint holding nap thereon with the backing fabric extending from the first face to the second face of the blade.
Appliance and method for surface treatment of a board shaped material and floorboard
A device for coating surface portions of a board material with a liquid material. The device includes a wheel which transfers the coating material and compressed air which positions the coating material. A method for surface coating and a floorboard with a finished surface portion.
Adhesive applicator
Bookbinding apparatus adhesive applicator accurately, briefly controls adhesive temperature to a set value by selecting, in accordance with adhesive initial temperature, one of a plurality of temperature-controller heating modes defining different supply powers and supply durations for supplying power to an adhesive-container heater to control its heating temperature. A sensor detects the temperature of the adhesive in the container at applicator start-up, or on restarting a post-standby applicator. In accordance with the detected temperature, one of the heating modes is selected to heat the adhesive. The applicator warm-up time is thus set in response to the state of the adhesive: If solidified, the adhesive is heated and melted in a maximum supply-power, supply-duration mode; if low-temperature liquefied, it is heated and melted in a second-magnitude supply-power, supply-duration mode; and if the adhesive temperature is high, it is heated and melted in a minimal supply-power, supply-duration mode.
DISPENSING APPARATUS
Provided is a dispensing device including a rotation drive part, a curved rail part connected to the rotation drive part in a first direction, a curved movement part coupled to a lower portion of the curved rail part, and a nozzle connected to the curved movement part, wherein the nozzle may pivot or rotate around a tip of the nozzle.
Plank finish applicator and method of use
A plank finish applicator assembly for simultaneous application of finish to multiple planks includes a brush head to which a rod is attached. The brush head comprises a plurality of bristles having a plurality of recesses extending into its lower face and between its front and rear edges to define at least two sets of elongate bristles. At least one opposed edge of the plurality of bristles comprises a set of elongate bristles. The recesses and the sets of elongate bristles have widths substantially equivalent to those of a plank in a field of planks and a gap or a channel that is defined by adjacently positioned planks, respectively. The rod is used to dip the bristles into liquid finish and to motivate the brush head across the field to apply the liquid finish to upper and opposed side facets of the planks.
PUNCHING OIL COATER AND NOTCHING APPARATUS INCLUDING THE SAME
A punching oil coater includes a coating device configured to correspond to feed rollers that contact an electrode plate and move the electrode plate and are at different positions from each other, and rotate to contact and coat a pair of uncoated portions of mutually symmetrical surfaces of the electrode plate with punching oil as the feed rollers press the pair of uncoated portions against the coating device and move the electrode plate; a sprayer configured to spray the punching oil onto the coating device; a punching oil supply device configured to uniformly control a flow amount and flow rate of the punching oil supplied to the sprayer; and a coating controller configured to control a punching oil coating operation for the electrode plate.
Glue-applicating apparatus for hair tracks
The glue-applicating apparatus for hair tracks is configured for use with a hair track. The hair track is an example of a hair extension. The glue-applicating apparatus for hair tracks applies an adhesive to the hair extension. The adhesive adheres the hair extension to the skin of a client. The glue-applicating apparatus for hair tracks comprises a housing structure, a fluidic structure, and an application structure. The housing structure contains the fluidic structure and the application structure. The application structure forms a fluidic connection with the fluidic structure. The fluidic connection transports the adhesive to the application structure. The application structure applies the adhesive to the hair extension.
