Systems and methods for electroless plating a first metal onto a second metal in a molten salt bath including: a bath vessel holding a dry salt mixture including a dry salt medium and a dry salt medium of the first metal, and without the reductant therein, the dry salt mixture configured to be heated to form a molten salt bath; and the second metal is configured to be disposed in the molten salt bath and receive a pure coating of the first metal thereon by electroless plating in the molten salt bath, wherein the second metal is more electronegative than the first metal.

Coating frame and methods of using the same
A coating frame, a coating system, and methods of coating a component using one or more coating frames are disclosed. The coating frame includes a frame member and at least one bracket coupled to the frame member. The bracket includes at least one hanger attachment point extending into a hollow interior of the at least one bracket. The at least one bracket isolates the at least one hanger attachment point from a coating material when the coating frame is used in a coating process. The method includes suspending a component from the coating frame, conveying the coating frame and the component to a coating applicator, and applying a coating material to the coating frame and the component while isolating the at least one hanger attachment point from the coating material via an air pocket formed within the at least one bracket.

CONTINUOUS ANALYTE SENSORS AND METHODS OF MAKING SAME
Described here are embodiments of processes and systems for the continuous manufacturing of implantable continuous analyte sensors. In some embodiments, a method is provided for sequentially advancing an elongated conductive body through a plurality of stations, each configured to treat the elongated conductive body. In some of these embodiments, one or more of the stations is configured to coat the elongated conductive body using a meniscus coating process, whereby a solution formed of a polymer and a solvent is prepared, the solution is continuously circulated to provide a meniscus on a top portion of a vessel holding the solution, and the elongated conductive body is advanced through the meniscus. The method may also comprise the step of removing excess coating material from the elongated conductive body by advancing the elongated conductive body through a die orifice. For example, a provided elongated conductive body 510 is advanced through a pre-coating treatment station 520, through a coating station 530, through a thickness control station 540, through a drying or curing station 550, through a thickness measurement station 560, and through a post-coating treatment station 570.
CONTINUOUS ANALYTE SENSORS AND METHODS OF MAKING SAME
Described here are embodiments of processes and systems for the continuous manufacturing of implantable continuous analyte sensors. In some embodiments, a method is provided for sequentially advancing an elongated conductive body through a plurality of stations, each configured to treat the elongated conductive body. Multi-layered ventilation apparatus and methods of manufacturing thereof
Disclosed is an apparatus for venting buildings, specifically attic spaces, such vents being predominantly shape-conform to the components from which a wall or a roof is built (typically tiles, in the context of roofs), the vent typically being fabricated from a metallic, plastic, or ceramic core as well as one or more layers from other materials or compounds which modify the overall characteristics of the vent, such as the surface characteristics. Furthermore disclosed are methods of manufacturing such ventilation apparatuses.
