Pre-packaged paint sample
A pre-packaged paint sample includes a sealed package, paint sealed within the package, and a new paint applicator sealed within the sealed package. For use, the package is shook to apply the paint to the paint applicator. The sealed package is opened, and the paint applicator is removed from the package. The paint applicator and used to apply the relatively small amount of the paint t. The pre-packaged paint sample can be useful in applications where only a small amount of paint is needed such as, for example but not limited to, paint sampling, paint touch up, and the like.
COATING PROCESS FOR ENGINEERED FENCE PANELS OR PICKETS
An apparatus and method of applying a finish or paint coating in a prefinishing or finishing line to a fencing panel or picket that disguises the screen-back texture of the engineered wood substrate. After paint or similar coating is applied (such as by one or more spray nozzles) to a face to a fence picket or fencing product or component, the fence picket passes under a roller, brush, or roller brush or similar paint applicator while the paint is still wet. The roller/brush removes some of the paint and applies an angled pattern to the face, which disguises the screen-back texture of the substrate.
Apparatus and method for cleaning a roller brush
An apparatus and method for cleaning a paint roller. The apparatus includes a handle configured to communicate a cleaning solvent to a cleaning casement. The solvent is tangentially directed at a surface of a roller brush contained within the cleaning casement to impart a rotation of the paint roller to dissolve and release the paint or other coating composition from the paint roller. The cleaning casement may include a top casement segment and a bottom casement segment hingedly connected to enclose the roller brush. In use the roller brush may be inserted into the cleaning casement while attached to the roller handle assembly. Removed paint and solvent are collected through an exhaust.
PAINT TRAY
A paint saving paint tray is disclosed. The paint tray may be adapted for coupling to a paint container, and may comprise a base, one or more sidewalls extending in an upward direction from the base, a reservoir for holding paint, wherein the reservoir is defined by the base and the one or more sidewalls, securing mechanism in at least one sidewall of the one or more sidewalls for coupling the paint tray to the paint container, and drainage spout in the at least one sidewall, wherein the drainage spout is adapted to drain paint from the paint container into the paint tray via inverted placement of the paint container on the paint tray, or drain paint from the paint tray into the paint container via placement of the paint tray onto the paint container. Methods of using the paint tray and a paint tray system are also disclosed.
Quick release paint roller system
A quick release paint roller system; the quick release paint roller system includes a paint roller assembly including a paint roller frame having a first-bracket-arm having a first-retaining-pin, a second-bracket-arm having a second-retaining-pin, a handle, a first-endcap, a second-endcap, a locking mechanism, and a user-control including a finger actuated release button. The paint roller frame allows a hosted paint roller to be removed in a hands-free manner without direct, manual contact with the paint roller, thus eliminating mess, waste, and inconvenience that would ordinarily result with standard manual brush removal.
DISINFECTANT APPLICATOR DEVICE WITH CONTOURED ROLLER
A liquid disinfectant applicator device is described, the device includes: a frame, a pair of axle portions that are movable coupled to the frame at varying angles therebetween, an absorbable roller rotatably mounted on the pair of axle portions, a sealed resilient container, at least one conduit and a perforated plate.
Paint Multi-Tool Assembly
A paint multi-tool assembly includes a shaft that has a hooked end that is insertable into a power tool thereby facilitating the shaft to be rotated when the power tool is turned on. A first cylinder insertably receives the shaft thereby facilitating the first cylinder to be inserted into an open end of a paint roller. Thus, the power tool can rotate the paint roller for cleaning paint off of the paint roller. A plurality of fins is each coupled to and extends away from the first cylinder for stirring paint in the paint container. A second cylinder is coupled to each of the fins such that the second cylinder is spaced from the first cylinder. In this way the second cylinder can be inserted into the paint container or be inserted into the open end of the paint roller.
Single Construction Paint Roller Cleaners
Paint roller cleaning implements are described for allowing users to, among other things, wash and reuse or recycle paint rollers. A paint roller cleaning implement includes a first cylindrical structure sized and dimensioned to engage an inner surface of a paint roller frame of a first size; a second cylindrical structure sized and dimensioned to engage an inner surface of a paint roller frame of a second size different from the first; and a base structure configured to support and maintain a paint roller vertically. A portion of the first cylindrical structure is configured to fit within a paint roller frame and to form a seal sufficient to permit water to fill an inner cavity of the paint roller frame and cascade over an outer surface of a paint roller cover so as to wash off the paint.
Devices and methods for applying body lotions such as sunscreens
Hand-held articles for applying lotion to a user, including a user's back or other hard-to-reach places have a housing containing a lotion to be dispensed, and a roller, integral to the housing, that transfers the lotion to a user's body. A spring or pump mechanism pushes the lotion in the housing towards the roller.
