Apparatus and method of manufacturing display apparatus
An apparatus for manufacturing a display apparatus includes a deposition source, a nozzle head, a substrate fixer, and a deposition preventer. The deposition source is outside the chamber and vaporizes or sublimates a deposition material. The nozzle head is in the chamber, is connected to the at least one deposition source, and simultaneously sprays the deposition material onto an entire surface of a display substrate. The substrate fixer is connected to the chamber and moves linearly, with the display apparatus is mounted on the substrate fixer. The deposition preventer is in the chamber surrounding an edge portion of the nozzle head and an edge portion of the substrate fixer. The deposition preventer is heated during a deposition process.

The nozzle housing includes a lower housing including a solvent storage groove in which the organic solvent is stored, and an upper housing on the lower housing. The upper housing includes a nozzle insert hole on the solvent storage groove and receives the nozzle, and a gas supply hole connected to one side of the nozzle insert hole.
Crucible structure and method for forming isolating layer of crucible
A method for forming an isolating layer of a crucible includes placing a round crucible sideways with a bottom surface of an inside thereof perpendicular to a horizontal plane, and then performing a plurality of spraying processes to form the isolating layer on the bottom surface and a wall surface of the round crucible. Each spraying process includes spraying a slurry on the bottom surface; using an optical positioner to set a spraying range the same as one of a plurality of partial areas divided from the wall surface; aligning one of the plurality of partial areas with the spraying range; fixing the round crucible and spraying the slurry in the spraying range; stopping the spraying; and rotating the round crucible to move another partial area to the spraying range. Then, the steps are repeated until the spraying of all the partial areas is completed.

Coating applicator
An applicator and method of use is disclosed for applying coatings and paints to various surfaces. As shown, the sprayer may have an undercarriage frame that supports three-wheels. All three wheels may run parallel with the first wheels and second wheels attached to the sprayer frame via an undercarriage with the third wheel positioned behind and between both the first and second wheels on a separate arm or frame. The width of the sprayer booms may be adjusted. The undercarriage may be folded entirely or only a portion therein. The arm of the third wheel may be folded or telescope, as required by a particular application. A handle, which may be adjustable, may be positioned between the sprayer frame and the undercarriage. Use of the applicator according to the method discussed herein reduces operator fall exposure and increases application efficiency.
