Impregnation plant and method for components of electric motors
Impregnation plant for internally hollow cylindrical components (stators) of electric motors including working stations arranged linearly and sequentially, managed and controlled by central processing unit; and a plurality of motor-driven elements to impart rotatory motion, in both directions of rotation, and tilting motion, in both directions respective to a predefined plane, to each component mounted onto a respective support device when such support device is inserted into the plant working stations. Each support device has a spring collet in turn has blocks clamping the component onto the inner diameter of its respective cylindrical body. Each spring collet entirely crosses the component cylindrical body to rest on both of its respective circumferential ends. An impregnation method for electric motor components using the impregnation plant, wherein the component is rotatable in both directions about a support device predefined axis, and tiltable respective to a predefined plane of such support device.

The composition comprises acrylic resins, water, polymeric particulates and additives.
USING A POLYOL MIXTURE COMPRISING PBD FOR CREATING A PU-BASED ARTIFICIAL TURF
A method of manufacturing an artificial turf includes creating fluid polyurethane mass. The creation including reacting first and second polyols with an isocyanate. The first polyol is a polyether polyol and/or a polyester polyol having at least 2 hydroxyl groups per molecule, the second polyol being polybutadien diol. The isocyanate including isocyanate monomers, isocyanate polymers or isocyanate prepolymers or a mixture thereof, the isocyanate monomers, isocyanate polymers and the isocyanate prepolymers having two or more isocyanate groups per molecule. The method further includes incorporating an artificial turf fiber into a carrier such that a first portion of the fiber protrudes to the front side of the carrier and that a second portion of the fiber is located at the back side of the carrier, adding the fluid polyurethane mass on the back side of the carrier, and hardening the fluid polyurethane mass.

Method for coating a surface with a transferable layer of thermoplastic particles and related apparatus
A method of coating a donor surface with a layer of thermoplastic particles, the method comprising: providing a supply of the thermoplastic particles suspended in a fluid, applying the fluid to the donor surface, in a manner to cause the particles suspended in the fluid to form a substantially continuous particle coating on the donor surface, causing fluid flow within an interior plenum of a housing over a portion of the donor surface partially disposed therein, the fluid flow being of sufficient magnitude to entrain particles that are not in direct contact with the donor surface and insufficient to entrain particles that are in direct contact therewith; and extracting from the plenum fluid and particles which are not in not direct contact with the donor surface, so as to leave adhering to the donor surface a particle coating that is substantially only a single particle deep.
Mid-infrared lens and manufacturing method thereof
The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a mid-infrared lens, which includes the following steps: placing a lens in the path of a far-infrared radiation source, enabling the lens to receive the far infrared rays; immersing the lens in a hardening liquid, causing the hardening liquid to coat the lens, wherein the hardening liquid is an intermixture of silicone and isopropanol or an intermixture of silicone and methanol, and a far-infrared material or a far-infrared composite material is additionally added to the hardening liquid; placing the lens coated with the hardening liquid in a drying space to dry, causing the hardening liquid to dry and harden and form a hardened layer on the surface of the lens. The temperature of the drying space lies between 80 and 120° C., and the drying time lies between 1 and 10 hours.
