Linerless labels
Linerless labels are presented. A label includes a specific pattern or set of patterns of adhesive applied to one side of the label. The adhesive pattern(s) reduces contact between a cutter blade of a printer and the adhesive on the one side of the label. Moreover, the adhesive patterns reduce buildup of adhesive on the cutter blade and reduce buildup at specific locations on the cutter blade. That is, the adhesive patterns more evenly distribute adhesive buildup across the cutter blade. Consequently, the cutter blade can be used for a longer period of time before the cutter blade needs to be cleaned of the adhesive.

MODIFIED POLYOLEFIN RESIN AND DISPERSION COMPOSITION THEREOF
The present invention has an object to provide a modified polyolefin resin capable of forming a coating film that is excellent in water-resistant adhesiveness under a high temperature condition. The present invention provides a modified polyolefin resin including a graft-modified product in which a component (A) that is a polyolefin resin is graft-modified with a component (B) that is an α, β-unsaturated carboxylic acid or a derivative thereof, and having a tensile modulus of 250 MPa or higher, and a weight-average molecular weight of 70,000 or more and less than 200,000.
Method of covering a plastic surface with a permanent coating
The invention particularly relates to a method of applying a permanent coating to a plastic surface of a first part, comprising the following steps: applying to said plastic surface a layer of a polyamide-based hot-melt material, maintaining this layer of hot-melt material on said plastic surface for a period of time ranging from a few minutes to several hours, removing this layer of hot-melt material from this plastic surface; and applying a permanent coating to said surface, said permanent coating being based on polyurethane, an epoxy resin or polyesters, a polycarbonate and/or an acrylic resin; as well as the use of such a method in the automotive industry.
PLATE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention discloses a plate. The plate comprises a first material layer, a substrate, a coloring layer, and a second material layer. The coloring layer is formed on the first material layer via the substrate, and the second material layer is formed on the coloring layer. The above-mentioned layers are integrated into a one-piece structure.

Protective articles comprising an adhesive and cohesive thermoset viscoelastic polymer
A viscoelastic material comprises a unique adhesive and cohesive thermoset viscoelastic polymer coated onto a flexible substrate. The polymer can be formed by curing an uncured polymer mix derived from a thermosetting reaction media of a carefully balanced ratio of isocyanate prepolymer, polyether diols, polyether triols and organic plasticizers. The viscoelastic material can exhibit viscoelastic, adhesive, cohesive, releasability, cleansability and antimicrobial properties. In some aspects, the viscoelastic material can be fabricated into a personal protective article. In one embodiment, the personal protective article is a footwear cover.
METHOD FOR APPLYING MULTI-COMPONENT CURABLE COMPOSITION
An apparatus and method for applying a multi-component curable composition is disclosed. The method for applying a multi-component curable composition includes a) applying a plurality of fluids constituting the multi-component curable composition to a surface of a bonding target object layer by layer, b) acquiring a two-dimensional image of all the fluids applied layer by layer using an image sensor, c) measuring a height of all the fluids applied layer by layer using a distance sensor, and d) calculating a total volume of the multi-component curable composition by using the two-dimensional image and height of the fluids obtained in b) and c).
