SEPARATION DEVICE AND METHOD OF OPERATION
A device, which serves to separate particles of a bulk material, which is deliverable at an input location and is removable processed in different or at least approximately unitary particle sizes at an output location, includes at least one separating element, which has a metal separating plate with through-openings provided therein, which separating element can be provided with ultrasonic energy and for this purpose is connected to an ultrasonic transducer and which is held by a holding device. The holding device is a mounting shaft, which is held at one end or at both ends fixedly or movably, in particular rotatably and/or axially displaceable, and which at one end or at both ends is connected to an ultrasonic transducer, by means of which ultrasonic energy is couplable via the mounting shaft into the separating element, which is designed to be dimensionally stable.
Pruning and sieving apparatus
Disclosed is a pruning and sieving apparatus, which resolves time-consuming and laborious problems in the existing pruning method of flower plants. The pruning and sieving apparatus includes a hollow body, including two relatively disposed open axial ends; an interior pruning lining attached inside the hollow body, where the interior pruning lining includes a plurality of sidewall pruning holes arranged in a distributed manner; a sieving screen, where the sieving screen includes a plurality of sieving holes arranged in a distributed manner, and is disposed in the interior pruning lining to divide the internal space of the interior pruning lining into a pruning chamber and a collection chamber; and two end caps disposed on the two open axial ends.
SIFTER SCALE ATTACHMENT FOR STAND MIXER
A food-product handling device includes a sifter unit having a housing defining an open upper side, a mount extending outwardly from the first housing along a first axis, and a lower side opposite the upper side. The sifter unit further has a sifter basket having an interior aligned with and inset within the open upper side. The device further includes a scale assembly having a body defining an upper opening and an opposite lower opening and having an annular weight-sensing unit surrounding the upper opening. The body is positionable on the housing of the sifter unit with the opening in communication with the open upper side of the housing. A hopper is positionable on the weight-sensing unit and defines a lower open end at least partially received within the body when the hopper is positioned on the weight-sensing unit.

FAT SCREENING DEVICE
A fat screening device includes a cylinder, and a sieve basket. The cylinder includes a feed inlet, an air outlet, a bottom water outlet, and an accommodating space. The accommodating space is in communication with the feed inlet, the air outlet, and the bottom water outlet. The feed inlet is configured to receive a mixture, the bottom water outlet is disposed at a bottom of the cylinder, the accommodating space is configured to accommodate water and fat resulting from stratification of the mixture, and the bottom water outlet is configured to discharge the water. The sieve basket covers the feed inlet and is arranged separately from the air outlet. The sieve basket is configured to screen the mixture to discharge the water and the fat into the accommodating space.
TENNIS BALL RECYCLING SYSTEM, APPARATUS AND METHOD OF USE
A system and method for tennis ball recycling that processes tennis balls into one or more constituent components to generate useful products is disclosed. The system includes a hopper to hold the balls for recycling; a grinder having a plurality of blades to initially cut the tennis balls in a first step to separate the rubber from the nylon; a cyclonic extractor that further separates loose fibers out in a second step; a trommel separator that further filters the broken down components of the tennis balls for use in new products.
SCREEN APPARATUS WITH MULTI-DISCHARGE
The present invention provides a mobile multi-deck screening apparatus for screening a mixed material into three graded streams, the apparatus comprising two or more overlapping screening decks and at least three discharge conveyors, wherein one discharge conveyor is a switchable conveyor selectively switchable between an active state such that each discharge conveyor discharges one graded stream, to an inactive state such that one discharge conveyor discharges two graded streams.

System and method for selectively filtering abrasive particles for a waterjet cutter
A system and method for selectively filtering abrasive particles for a cutting machine serves to filter variously shaped and dimensioned abrasive particles into a hopper through use of multiple, interchangeable screens. Each screen forms multiple openings defined by a shape and dimension, and each screen has a unique shape and dimension. A pneumatic variable speed motor vibrates the screens at variable speeds, depending on intensity of air flow through an air inlet. The sieve subassembly has a main base and containment ring. A two-piece split clamp ring sandwich the perimeter region of screens. From the hopper, a flow of high-pressure air carries the filtered abrasive particles to a waterjet cutting machine. The filtered abrasive particles are mixed with high pressure water to cut a workpiece. The shape and dimension of the abrasive particle is determinative of the type of workpiece to be cut.
