SIFTER LID DEVICE
The present invention relates generally to the field of sifters. More specifically, the present invention relates to a sifter lid device. The device is comprised of a body further comprised of a funnel area and a continuous opening in the top surface of the body that receives a sifter insert. The device can be placed on a container such that the contents of the container are sifted through the sifter insert and then can be poured using the funnel area into a secondary location or other container as desired. The sifter insert is further removable and may have a plurality of screen spacings. The device may also be comprised of a lid that covers the sifter insert when the device is not in use but is still attached to a container.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SEPARATING AGGREGATE FOR A CONCRETE TOPPING SLAB
A base supports an inclined screen having a uniform mesh selected to remove larger aggregate from a first cement mixture to form a second cement mixture that passes through the screen. A powered vibrator vibrates the screen to separate the concrete mixtures and larger aggregate. Springs and/or dampers in support legs isolate the vibrating screen from the base. A guide frame on the top surface of the screen guides the first concrete mixture along the screen and guide the separated aggregate out a bottom opening into an aggregate container. A support frame on the bottom surface of the screen stiffens the screen to help support the weight of the concrete. A concrete container, preferably wheeled, is below the screen to collect the second concrete mixture and move it to its use location.
Method and apparatuses for pre-screening
A vibratory screening machine includes a primary screening area and a pre-screening assembly including a frame and screen assemblies. The screen assemblies are secured to the frame and form a pre-screening surface. The frame is attached to the vibratory screening machine such that the concave pre-screening surface is above the primary screening area.

Filtering panel and method of making the same
The present invention relates to a filtering panel (100) for a disk filter and a disk filter for water purification, comprising a metal filter cloth (16, 116) such as a stainless steel filter cloth, pre-tensioned in both warp and weft directions and fastened to a frame (10, 110) comprising a peripheral portion (11, 111), which is integral with an inner grillwork (12) and which divides the inner area of the peripheral portion (11, 111) into fields (15, 115). The frame (10, 110) comprises a plastic material reinforced with glass fibers or carbon fibres such as polypropylene loaded with fibreglass in an amount of at least 20 weight percent. Each field of the grillwork (12, 112) has an area not exceeding 10% of the inner area of the peripheral portion (11, 111). The pre-tensioning of the filter cloth (16, 116) in both directions is from at least 20% of the yield stress of the cloth (16, 116). Further the present invention relates to a disk filter comprising said filtering panels (100) and method of making said filtering panel (100).
MOBILE CLASSIFYING OR SCREENING DEVICE
A mobile classifying or screening device, including frame for a classifying apparatus arranged on a chassis. The classifying apparatus has at least one screening surface for separating a fed screening material into at least two screened fractions. The frame includes two lateral frame parts which are formed of longitudinal bars running in the longitudinal direction, which are connected by webs running transversely to the longitudinal bars and which include a topmost longitudinal bar and a bottommost longitudinal bar. At least two transverse bars running in the the transverse direction, which interconnect the two lateral frame parts in the region of the respective bottommost longitudinal bars of the two lateral frame parts. The classifying apparatus is mounted on longitudinal bars and is adjacent to a storing and metering unit in the form of a trough-shaped feed channel having a substantially horizontal direction of discharge onto the screening surface.
Combination table, sifter and collection tray
A combination table, sifter, and collection tray for herbs is described herein. The device is generally a food and plant processing device, and more particularly is a combination table, sifter, and collection tray. The table, sifter, and tray are nested into one another to form a unitary device for easy transport.

Machine for integral processing of fruits with a hard or soft shell
The machine for integral processing of fruits with a hard or soft shell disclosed herein comprises a feed hopper and at least a first receptacle having a first end for connection to said hopper and a second opposite end. The receptacle is positioned horizontally according to the longitudinal direction of the machine and comprises in its interior a central shaft positioned in accordance to the longitudinal direction of the machine and connected at one end to a rotating element.
Air cooled sifting device
A sifter insert for use in a sifting device has an insert frame and a screening media affixed thereto. An insert frame air channel is located within the insert frame. The sifter insert is sized to be received in a sifter box frame of an associated sifter box. The sifter box frame has a box frame air channel in fluid communication with the insert box frame channel of the received sifter insert. The passage of air through the box frame air channel and the insert frame air channel may cool the sifter box and the insert frame, and, may cool the screening media and the material being sifted thereon. Channel holes in the inset frame may direct air from the insert frame air channel to the screening surface of the screening media.
