A device, assembly, and methods for connecting a panel. The device includes an insert insertable at one or more structural components, the insert connectible to a hardware component, the hardware component connectible to a panel to releasably secure the panel to at least one of the one or more structural components.

Vibratory separator screen adapter

A system includes a first screen having a first latch on a first end of the first screen, a second screen having a first catch on a first end of the second screen, and a screen adapter that connects the first screen and the second screen. The screen adapter includes an elongate body, a first catch formed on a first side of the elongate body that engages the first latch on the first end of the first screen, and a first latch formed on a second side of the elongate body that engages the first catch on the first end of the second screen. A method includes inserting a first screen into a vibratory separator, inserting a screen adapter into the vibratory separator, coupling the screen adapter to the first screen, inserting a second screen into the vibratory separator, and coupling the second screen to the screen adapter.

Apparatus, system and method for folding a screen for use with a screen tensioning system

An apparatus, a system and a method for reinforcing a screen has a screen rod assembly extending from a first end to a second end. The screen rod assembly encloses an interior. A spring-loaded plunger is located in the interior and adjusts the length of the screen rod assembly. A ball joint is on the screen rod and defines sections of the screen rod assembly that bend around the ball joint to reduce the length of the screen rod. A sleeve extends from a screen with segments separated by a fold line extending along a width of the screen. The sleeve receives the screen rod assembly to reinforce the screen. In an embodiment, a screen pinch assembly is defined where the sleeve engages a retention clasp of a screen tensioning system that receives the screen. The screen pinch assembly holds the screen in place.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide for systems, apparatuses, and methods of securing screen assemblies. Embodiments include a system having a compression assembly with a compression pin and a pin assembly having a pin. The compression assembly may be attached to a first wall member of a vibratory screening machine and the pin assembly may be attached to a second wall member of the vibratory screening machine opposite the first wall member such that the compression assembly is configured to assert a force against a first side portion of a screen assembly and drive a second side portion of the screen assembly against the pin of the pin assembly. The pin assembly may include a pin that is internally or externally mounted and that is adjustable and/or replaceable.

A fastening arrangement in the form of a pin and sleeve combination is provided for fixing one or more screening media modules on top of screen support panel structure. The fastening arrangement includes a pin capable of being screwed into a sleeve, the pin being provided with engagement elements capable of connecting with complementary projections on a handling tool for facilitation of installing and dismantling the fastening arrangement. A method for fastening the screening media module on to the screen support panel structure, and a screening equipment housing the same for separating solid materials according to size is also provided.

Compression apparatuses, systems and methods for screening materials

A vibratory screening machine includes replaceable screen assemblies. Compression mechanisms are used to secure replaceable screen assemblies to the vibratory screening machine. Each compression mechanism applies a force to a replaceable screen assembly that includes both a horizontal component and a downward vertical component. Each replaceable screen assembly is typically substantially flat prior to installation on a vibratory screening machine. The force applied to a screen assembly by one or more compression mechanisms causes the screen assembly to be pushed into engagement with underlying concave support members such that the screen assembly itself assumes a concave shape with the center of the screen assembly being lower than the side edges. The vertical downward component of the force helps to secure the screen assembly to the screening machine.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SCREENING

A screening machine includes wall members, screen assembly guide members, a screen assembly and a compression assembly. The screen assembly includes a frame with a plurality of side members and a screen supported by the frame. The compression assembly is attached to at least one wall member and forms the screen assembly into a concave shape.

Screen panel locking system

A screening apparatus includes elongate beams and screen panels mounted to the beams to form a broad screening surface. Each of the panels are mounted so that side edges of adjacent panels are in facing relationship. Each panel is mounted to a pair of beams to bridge between two adjacent beams. The panels are mounted to the beams by fixing members. The fixing members have a pair of upstanding rails that are spaced apart to define a longitudinal gap between them. The panels are mounted to the beams by cooperation between the side edges with a rail of a fixing member. Cover strips extend along the beams and include a cover portion and a locking portion. The cover portion bears against an upper surface of a pair of adjacent panels and the locking portion bears against facing surfaces of the rails to resist movement of the rails towards each other.
