20170320097 · 2017-11-09 · ·

An apparatus, system and method have a rod attached to and extending across a screen to engage with a receptacle. A box is positioned beneath the filtration screen. An air bag is activated to inflate the filtration screen to compress against a plate. A junction extends from the plate, and the air bag rises to move the junction toward the receptacle to compress the rod against the receptacle to hold the rod. The filtration screen may be constructed from mesh material sized to permit materials to flow through the filtration screen. A vibratory element in the box vibrates to assist filtration.

APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING A SCREEN ASSEMBLY IN A GYRATORY SIFTER

An apparatus, system and method provides for the installation of a filtration screen assembly in a vibratory separator. The apparatus has a screen rail extending across a vibratory separator. A ball box is inserted in the screen rail and encloses vibratory elements. A screen assembly is placed on the ball box parallel to the screen rail and extends across the vibratory separator. An inflatable seal is inserted into the screen rail and receives fluid to inflate and compress the screen assembly against the screen rail. A clamping element is attached to the screen assembly. The inflatable seal compresses the clamping element against the screen rail.

The present disclosure provides locking false filter sieve. The filter sieve includes: a sieve body and a base movably connected to the sieve body. The sieve body is machined from a metal sheet into a circular body. An upper circular edge is machined on an upper edge of the circular body by rolling upwards. A groove and a lower circular edge are machined on a lower edge of the circular body by rolling downwards. The upper circular edge and the lower circular edge at a junction of the circular body are mated with each other and movably engaged with each other. Bases having different numbers of meshes body may be mounted by disposing a fastener device at the junction of the circular body. With the above structure, a base having a desired number of meshes may be mounted during use. The structure is reasonable, and highly practicable.

Flip-flow screener machine with optimised screen bottom fastening

A flip-flow screener machine includes a carrier frame with primary, drive-induced vibration, to which a vibrating frame is coupled in a freely oscillating manner by means of elastic transmission elements and is excited and set to vibrate secondarily by the carrier frame via said transmission elements, transverse carriers being arranged on the carrier frame and on the vibrating frame, a transverse carrier on the vibrating frame lying downstream of a transverse carrier on said carrier frame, with a flexible screen bottom being arranged between two transverse carriers and detachably secured to said transverse carriers, each of the screen bottoms including at least one undercut portion by means of which they can engage behind an undercut on the transverse carrier, and two adjacent screen bottoms abutting one another directly at their front ends.
