Apparatus and method for separating solids from a solids laden drilling fluid
An apparatus for separating solids from solids laden drilling fluid is provided. The apparatus includes a shale shaker and a screen assembly. The shale shaker includes a base and a basket isolated from the base, a flow tray arranged in the basket for directing screened drilling fluid. The screen assembly includes at least one layer of screening material, a screen support having a perimeter with at least one support point within the perimeter, wherein the flow tray includes at least one raised portion to support the screen assembly. In some versions the shale shaker has a basket having side supports and at least one intermediate support arranged between the side supports. The screen assembly includes a screen support supporting at least one layer of screening material.
Rhinestone Size Sorting System
A separator, organizer, sorting system for flat back rhinestone of different sizes and material utilizing a multilevel system of compartments with sieves of different size dimensions. Included but not limited to interlocking and stacking compartments that include but is not limited to grip edges. Using a combination of gravitational downward force from an individual or a motorizes device to sort the flat back rhinestones of different sizes into their designated compartment.
Apparatus, system and method for fastening a screen on a gyratory sifter with an integrated screen seal
An apparatus, system and method have a rod attached to and extending across a screen to engage with a receptacle. A box is positioned beneath the filtration screen. An air bag is activated to inflate the filtration screen to compress against a plate. A junction extends from the plate, and the air bag rises to move the junction toward the receptacle to compress the rod against the receptacle to hold the rod. The filtration screen may be constructed from mesh material sized to permit materials to flow through the filtration screen. A vibratory element in the box vibrates to assist filtration.
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CAPTURING MOVEMENT PATTERNS OF TUMBLER SCREENING MACHINES
A method for recording motion patterns (210) of tumbler screening machines (410) is disclosed, wherein the method comprises applying of an active or passive optical marking (500, 510) at a tumbler screening machine (410), recording an image of the optical marking (500, 510) during operation of the tumbler screening machine (410), establishing image data for a motion curve (200), and internally or externally evaluating the recorded image data and determining machine parameters and diagnosis data. Furthermore, a device for recording motion patterns (210) of tumbler screening machines (410) is introduced.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SCREENING
A screening machine includes wall members, screen assembly guide members, a screen assembly and a compression assembly. The screen assembly includes a frame with a plurality of side members and a screen supported by the frame. The compression assembly is attached to at least one wall member and forms the screen assembly into a concave shape.
Dual screen assembly for vibrating screening machine
A screen system for improving a vibrating shaker apparatus for separating drilling fluid and drill cuttings is described. The screen system comprises a dual screen having a coarse mesh upper screen attached to a finer mesh lower screen with a channel between the two screens. One or both of the screens may be wedge shaped to affect the flow rate of drilling fluid and drill cuttings across the screen. The screen systems can be installed in existing shaker apparatuses using various attachment systems, such as wedge clamping systems, hydraulic or air pressure clamping systems, or hook screen systems.
SYSTEMS, APPARATUSES, AND METHODS FOR SECURING SCREEN ASSEMBLIES
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide for systems, apparatuses, and methods of securing screen assemblies. Embodiments include a system having a compression assembly with a compression pin and a pin assembly having a pin. The compression assembly may be attached to a first wall member of a vibratory screening machine and the pin assembly may be attached to a second wall member of the vibratory screening machine opposite the first wall member such that the compression assembly is configured to assert a force against a first side portion of a screen assembly and drive a second side portion of the screen assembly against the pin of the pin assembly. The pin assembly may include a pin that is internally or externally mounted and that is adjustable and/or replaceable.
Cradle system for fragmentation machines
A cradle system for a fragmenting machine, where the cradle system holds fragmentation stock against a drum. A frame holds a screen that can be selectively released from the frame without modification, such that the screen can be placed in different positions on the frame and aligned in different orientations on the frame. A wear plate can be selectively released from the frame without modification, such that the wear plate can be placed in different positions on the frame and aligned in different orientations on the frame.
MAGNETIC SCREEN LINING FASTENING SYSTEM
A fastening system for screening machines and/or setting machines for fastening replaceable screen lining segments and/or replaceable anti-wear elements in or to a screening machine having at least one frame which receives the screen lining segments and/or supports the anti-wear elements. For fastening of a screen lining segment and/or of an anti-wear element at least one adapter is fastened to the frame, the adapter having at least one magnet. The magnet interacts with the frame and/or with at least one ferromagnetic coupling element arranged in a vibration-proof manner in or on the screen lining segment and/or anti-wear element and in this way produces a magnetic connection between the adapter and the frame and/or between the adapter and the screen lining segment and/or anti-wear element. Additionally, a screening machine having such a fastening system.
