20230191456 · 2023-06-22 · ·

A screen medium of a mobile multi-deck screen is tensioned with a tensioner. A tensioning link engages and tensions a screen medium on a side thereof by at least two linear tension rods, when the screen medium side tensioner is installed to the mobile multi-deck screening device. An adjusting member causes for each of the at least two linear tension rods, a linear movement tensioning by the tensioning link the side of the screen medium above the two linear tension rods. A retractor disengages the tensioning link responsively to untightening the at least two tensioning rods. A screen deck, a screen and a mobile multi-deck screening device are also disclosed as well as a method for replacing a screen medium using the tensioner.

MULTI-DECK SCREENING ASSEMBLY
20170348732 · 2017-12-07 ·

A multi-deck screening assembly includes upper and lower screen decks, each having first and second deck sections. The upper deck's first deck section has first-size grading apertures, and its second deck section is downstream of the first deck section with second-size grading apertures larger than the first-size apertures. The lower deck's first section has third-size grading apertures and its second section is downstream of its first section with fourth-size grading apertures larger than the third-size apertures. A gap between the lower deck's first and second sections allows oversize material from the lower deck's first section to pass through to a first collection region. A diverter is positioned between the upper and lower decks and over the gap, whereby material from the upper deck collected on the diverter passes onto the lower deck's second section, thereby preventing undersize material that passes through the upper deck from passing directly through the gap.

Material washing system and apparatus

A washing apparatus comprises a screening apparatus having a first screening deck located below a second screening deck, wherein the first screening deck passes material that is larger than the material passed by the second screening deck. A liquid delivery system delivers liquid onto the first screening deck to wash material on the first deck. Material that passes through the first deck is conveyed upwards and delivered onto the second deck for dewatering. The apparatus is able to wash and dewater aggregate material in a single unit with a relatively small footprint and relatively high throughput.

PLANT PRODUCT EXTRACTION APPARATUS
20230166296 · 2023-06-01 ·

A plant product extraction apparatus or extractor is provided for separating or grading fine particles from a larger portion of material, such as separating trichomes from a stalk or flower of a plant. The apparatus imparts a plurality modes or patterns of oscillations and vibrations to a particle separator or sieve that holds the plant matter. A motor drives a back and forth motion to a support platform supporting a sieve. The sieve is constrained by a retention tray that is supported by the support platform. One or more vibratory motors provide rapid shaking vibration through the retention tray to the sieve. A haptic transducer or mechanical agitators may be provided to increase throughput of the apparatus. The various motors and locomotion patterns facilitate the separation of finer plant materials from a larger portion of a plant.

An Apparatus, System and Method for Moving Material Discharged from A Vibratory Separator
20170312788 · 2017-11-02 ·

A collection system for collecting materials, such as cuttings, drilling fluid, wellbore fluid, lost circulation material, hydrocarbons and mixtures thereof, from a vibratory separator in a collection trough and facilitating movement of the collected materials to a discharge conduit utilizing a squeegee member. The squeegee may be moved along a track between the discharge conduits to move the material in the collection trough to the discharge conduits. The squeegee may be moved pneumatically or hydraulically. The squeegee may also be moved along the track magnetically utilizing a magnetic piston train. Movement of the squeegee can be modulated based on the rate of material into the collection trough.

An apparatus for processing aggregate material comprising an inclined trough having a pair of shafts rotatably mounted therein, the shafts having staggered blades arranged pass between one another during rotation of the shafts and angled to carry material towards an upper end of the trough, excess water and any floating trash passing over a weir adjacent a lower end of the trough onto the deck of a first vibratory screen, and a second vibatory screen being mounted adjacent the upper end of the trough for receiving particulate material from the upper end of the trough, the second vibratory screen having at least one deck for grading the material, wherein water collected in a sump of the first vibratory screen is arranged to pass into a sump of the second vibratory screen.

Two Stage Stainless Steel Media Sifter
20170282324 · 2017-10-05 ·

The present technology provides a product and process for efficiently separating ammunition casings from polishing media, preferably stainless steel pins, used in a cleaning process. A two stage sifting apparatus has first and second containers capable of nesting together. The upper first container has a bottom surface and sidewalls extending upwardly therefrom to an upper opening. The bottom surface has a plurality of openings smaller than the ammunition casings but larger than the polishing media. Through manipulation of the sifting apparatus, the polishing media escapes through the openings in the bottom surface of the first container and is retained in the second container. The containers are then separable, with the first container holding the casings and the second container holding the polishing media. Thereby, both the casings and the polishing media can be efficiently separated for re-use in the future, saving time and money.
