Material washing system and apparatus
A washing apparatus comprises a screening apparatus having a first screening deck located below a second screening deck, wherein the first screening deck passes material that is larger than the material passed by the second screening deck. A liquid delivery system delivers liquid onto the first screening deck to wash material on the first deck. Material that passes through the first deck is conveyed upwards and delivered onto the second deck for dewatering. The apparatus is able to wash and dewater aggregate material in a single unit with a relatively small footprint and relatively high throughput.
Reclaim gate for a cement truck
A method and apparatus for separating components of wet cement. A reclaim gate includes a tumbler flange with a tumbler flange opening. A strainer having strainer openings passes sand, rinse water, and cement slurry while blocking cement aggregates. A fixed plate entraps the strainer in place. The fixed plate has a reclaim aperture aligned with the screen. A rotating turn plate having a matching reclaim aperture is adjacent the fixed plate. A gate actuator retains the turn plate adjacent the fixed plate such that the turn plate can turn to selectively align the turn plate aperture with the fixed plate aperture. In use the aggregates are blocked by the screen, the sand passes through and is filtered; the slurry passes through and is collected and settled. The aggregates, sand, and rinse water can be recovered.
Vibratory screening panel
A removable screen panel assembly for a vibratory screening machine for separating liquids and solids. The screen panel assembly includes a plate, a corrugated screen assembly supported by the plate, hook assemblies connected to opposite ends of the plate, and gaskets connected to the hook assemblies. A first hook assembly has a first end connected to a first end of the plate, a middle portion spaced above first apertures at the first end of the plate, and a second end parallel to the plate. The second end of the first hook assembly and the first end of the plate sandwich a first end of the corrugated screen assembly.
DRILLING SYSTEM USING DRILL BEADS AND METHOD OF USING AND RECOVERING THE SAME
A method to recover drill beads from a drilling fluid used in a drilling operation comprising the steps of: directing a drilling fluid containing drill beads into a drill string positioned in a well bore, the drill beads having magnetic properties; recovering the drilling fluid containing at least a portion of the drill beads from the well bore; and magnetically separating the drill beads from the drilling fluid.
System and Method for Treating Drill Cuttings
A system for recycling drilling fluid. The system has a washer coupled to a drilling rig. The washer receives drill cuttings with entrained drilling fluid. The drilling fluid has a base, and the washing fluid has the same base fluid. The washer fluid is used to remove drilling fluid from the drill cuttings. The washed drill cuttings are sent to a shaker to separate the solids. The spent washing fluid is sent to a filter which separates solids and recovers the base fluid. The base fluid can then be used for drilling or washing.
Apparatus, system and methods to divide flow
An example nonlimiting embodiment of the present invention provides a flow divider that includes a slurry receiving compartment and a discharge arrangement having a plurality of discharge apertures. The slurry receiving compartment is arranged to relatively uniformly flow a portion of a slurry into each of the discharge apertures. The discharge apertures may be arranged linearly and/or horizontally such that the portions of the slurry exits each of the discharge apertures at a relatively even flow rate and feed feed boxes connected to vertically tiered screening surfaces of a screening machine.
Recovery Hopper Trough for Vibratory Separator and Method
An apparatus includes a vibratory separator with a top deck, a middle deck, and a bottom deck, and a collection trough coupled to at least one of the top deck, the middle deck, and the bottom deck. The collection trough includes a collection container having an inlet configured to receive a material retained on the at least one of the top deck, the middle deck, and the bottom deck, and a sloped surface configured to guide the material from the inlet to an outlet of the collection container, and a pressure differential generator disposed proximate the outlet of the collection container.
Apparatus, System and Method for Flowing A Fluid Through A Trough
A method, apparatus and system for flowing a fluid from an inlet flush nozzle onto tiered plates in a trough is provided. Material may fall from a deck in a vibratory separator, such as a shale shaker, into the trough, which is attached to the separator. The trough has a main inlet and the inlet flush nozzle that opens to tiered plates. An external pipe may feed the fluid into the main inlet and the inlet flush nozzle to lubricate the tiered plates in the trough. Material falling from the vibratory separator may float on the fluid to flow toward an outlet of the trough. A single plate with perforations may be used instead of the tiered plates to permit the fluid to penetrate the perforations to suspend the material, allowing the material to flow across the single plate to an outlet.
SCREENING APPARATUS
A screening apparatus is disclosed. The screening apparatus includes a support; at least two screen decks arranged one over the other as an assembly, each screen deck including a screen frame, a screen and a chamber underlaying the screen surface, an outlet duct for oversized material and an outlet duct for undersized material that is in communication with the chamber; mountings configured for mounting of the assembly of the at least two screen decks to the support; and a feed unit configured to feed the material to be screened to each screen deck. The feed unit includes at least one distributor having one distributor inlet and at least two distributor outlets, which at least two distributor outlets are arranged to feed one screen deck each.
Screening apparatus
A screening apparatus for grading particulate material includes a grading screen having apertures for water and/or undersize particles to pass through. The grading screen is supported on a frame mounted on a chassis via resilient linkages, and the grading screen being vibrated by a vibrating device that imparts circular or reciprocating motion to the grading screen. The grading screen is set at a predetermined slope whereby material to be graded can be delivered onto an upper end while the grading screen is vibrated to convey the material over the grading screen and to cause undersize material to pass through the apertures. Oversize material is discharged from a lower end of the screen onto a conveyor or into a collection bay or hopper. A sump beneath the grading screen receives under-sized material passing through the grading screen, and a jet pump conveys material from the sump to a dewatering screen.
