Substrate cleaning apparatus, substrate cleaning method, and substrate processing apparatus
A substrate cleaning apparatus for cleaning a substrate while rotating the substrate and placing a cleaning member in contact with the rotating substrate is disclosed. The substrate cleaning apparatus comprises: a self-cleaning member mounted to an arm supporting the cleaning member, the self-cleaning member being configured to come into contact with the cleaning member to perform self-cleaning of the cleaning member; and a moving mechanism mounted to the arm supporting the cleaning member, the moving mechanism being configured to move the self-cleaning member between a position where the self-cleaning member is in contact with the cleaning member and a position where the self-cleaning member is separated from the cleaning member.
EXTERIOR CAMERA LENS CLEANING SYSTEM AND CLEANING METHOD THEREOF
An exterior camera system and a cleaning method thereof are provided. The exterior camera system includes a base unit that is fixed to a vehicle, a housing rotatably coupled with the base unit, and an imaging device including a camera module and having at least a portion inserted into the housing to move in a longitudinal direction of the housing. A wiper is disposed on an inside surface of the housing to face the camera module, and a washer fluid nozzle is disposed adjacent to the wiper. A controller receives a video from the camera module to set a rotation angle of the housing based upon driving conditions of the vehicle and to adjust extension of the imaging device.
SCOURING ARTICLE AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING
A scouring article including a monolithic nonwoven pad with a semi-densified fibrous layer that is integral to the monolithic nonwoven pad and that provides a major surface of the monolithic nonwoven pad, and methods of making and using.
Method and system for removing deposits within a pipe or pipeline
A fluid flow processing plant for pig-free removal of wax and hydrate deposits in hydrocarbon production flowlines may include at least one cooling flowline. Further, the fluid flow processing plant my include cooling means arranged to cool the fluid in the at least one cooling flowline over a cooling section until the fluid reaches a temperature at or near the cooling flowline's surrounding temperature (T.sub.sea) and at least one vehicle arranged on or near the outer circumference of the cooling flowline. Furthermore, each vehicle may include at least one sleeve configured to at least partly surround an outer circumference of the cooling flowline, deposit removing means being configured to remove deposits situated on an inner wall of the cooling flowline, and a propulsion unit configured to drive the vehicle bi-directionally on the cooling flowline.
Heated and illuminated wiper assembly
A wiper assembly includes a wiper arm, a wiper blade carried on the wiper arm and a light source provided between the wiper arm and the raised wiper blade. The wiper assembly may also include a heating element and a controller to control operation of the light source and the heating element.
CLEANING TOOL AND ADHESIVE BODY
A cleaning tool that cleans an optical connector includes an adhesive body that contacts an optical signal region of the optical connector where an optical signal enters and is emitted from the optical connector. The adhesive body includes a protrusion that protrudes in a regionthat contacts the optical signal region.
UAV, method and system for cleaning a wall body
A method for cleaning a wall body with a UAV includes obtaining a path to be cleaned; flying to a region to be cleaned according to the path to be cleaned; recognizing a wall surface in the region to be cleaned; and using a cleaning device carried by the UAV to clean the wall surface.
Extensible pesticide applicator
An extensible pesticide applicator is provided enabling application of both liquid and powdered insecticides to distal, out-of-reach areas. An extensible pole has a distal and a proximal end for manual wielding whereby a pair of nozzles is deployable proximal an out-of-reach habitat. Pressurization of ambient atmosphere into the extensible pole is enabled by a pump member and timed release of the pressurized ambient atmosphere to forcibly eject powdered and alternately liquid pesticide from the distal end is enabled by manual action effected to depress a trigger member. Direct application of pesticide is thereby enabled to distal and out-of-reach habitat without a user coming into proximity with the habitat or the pesticide released.
VISUAL INSPECTOR ATTACHMENT FOR FIBER CONNECTOR CLEANERS
Various implementations of visual inspector attachments for fiber connector cleaners are disclosed. The example fiber optic inspection module includes a camera to capture an image of an end-face, a light source to illuminate the end-face, and a first mirror that reflects light from the light source to the end-face and includes a fixed point that allows the first mirror to pivot. Alternatively, an example fiber optic inspection module includes a camera to capture an image of an end-face, a light source to illuminate the end-face, and a first mirror that reflects light from the light source to the end-face and the first mirror moves in an upward direction.
Substrate processing apparatus and substrate processing method
A substrate processing apparatus includes a substrate holder, a first cleaning body, a first moving mechanism, a second cleaning body, a second moving mechanism, and a controller. The first cleaning body cleans one of the upper surface and the lower surface of the substrate held by the substrate holder by ejecting fluid thereto or by coming into contact therewith. The second cleaning body cleans the other one of the upper surface and the lower surface of the substrate held by the substrate holder by coming into contact therewith. The controller controls the first moving mechanism and the second moving mechanism to perform a both-surface cleaning processing in which the first cleaning body which ejects the fluid to one surface or is in contact with the upper surface and the second cleaning body which is in contact with the lower surface are horizontally moved in synchronization with each other.
