CABLE CLEANING AND ROLLING SYSTEM

The cable cleaning and rolling system combines an automated cleaning and winding system for industrial cables and the like with a water filtration system for recycling the water used to clean the cable. The cable cleaning and rolling system includes a hollow base, a feed drum and a receiving drum. The feed drum is adapted for releasably retaining and feeding the cable to be cleaned, and the receiving drum is adapted for receiving and robing the cable after it has been cleaned and dried. At least one nozzle, for spraying cleaning water on the cable, at least one brush, for scrubbing the cable, and a blower, for drying the cable, are positioned between the feed drum and the receiving drum. Waste water from the cleaning is received within the hollow base, extracted therefrom, and delivered to a water filtration unit for recycling.

The disclosed invention facilitates the removal of dirt and other sediment from a bucket of heavy machinery. With regular use, buckets build up dirt that decreases the available volume. Removing the dirt can require additional equipment and labor, and would require the heavy machinery to be away from the service area. The disclosed invention allows for rapid removal of the dirt on site with a single piece of equipment.

Vehicle wash system with pivoting side brushes and method for avoiding vehicle antenna

A vehicle wash system includes a vehicle treatment area and an overhead frame portion supporting a pair of side brushes. The side brushes are configured to treat the lateral sides of the vehicle and may also treat the front and back of the vehicle. The side brushes are configured to pivot between a vertical position and an outwardly angled position, in which the side brushes are generally aligned with the side glass of the vehicle windows. The side brushes may travel along the side of the vehicle in both the vertical and pivoted orientations. The side brushes may make multiple passes along the side of the vehicle, and the side brushes may change orientation during or between passes to treat different segments of the vehicle. The side brushes may be oriented vertically at a location of a vehicle antenna to avoid the antenna.

A cleaning apparatus for a glass sheet includes a housing in which a cleaning liquid is stored, a plurality of spindle cases fixed to the housing to face an internal space of the housing, a spindle rotatably held in each of the spindle cases to face an internal space of the each of the spindle cases, and a cleaning member mounted to a distal end portion of the spindle. The cleaning apparatus also includes a first supply path formed in the each of the spindle cases to supply the cleaning liquid in the internal space of the housing to the internal space of the each of the spindle cases, and a second supply path formed in the spindle to supply the cleaning liquid in the internal space of the each of the spindle cases to the cleaning member.

SUBSTRATE CLEANING DEVICE, SUBSTRATE PROCESSING APPARATUS, SUBSTRATE CLEANING METHOD AND SUBSTRATE PROCESSING METHOD

In a substrate cleaning device, with a polishing head in contact with one surface of a substrate rotated by a spin chuck, the polishing head is moved at least between a center and an outer periphery of the substrate. Thus, the one surface of the substrate is polished by the polishing head, and contaminants present on the one surface of the substrate are removed. At this time, capacity for removing contaminants by the polishing head is changed according to a position in a radial direction of the substrate. The capacity for removing contaminants refers to capacity for scraping contaminants adhering to the one surface of the substrate, and suction marks, contact marks and the like remaining on the one surface of the substrate by polishing. It is possible to change the capacity for removing contaminants by adjusting a pushing force exerted on the one surface of the substrate from the polishing head, for example.

IN-SITU TRANSPORT CLEANING

A system, method and apparatus for in-situ cleaning comprises a shower configured to dispense cleaning solution on a belt in a rendering device a dryer configured down line from the shower; a cleaning roller configured to engage a transport roller associated with the belt and a control system for controlling operations thereof.

A cleaning brush comprising a carrier and a cleaning unit is provided. The cleaning unit comprises a plurality of cleaning beans set on a surface of the carrier in a spiral arrangement. A spiral coiling around the carrier from an end of the carrier to the other end is formed. A spiral curve path is formed to coil the carrier circumferentially by extendedly arranging the cleaning beans. Hence, the present invention uses the cleaning beans of the cleaning unit to be set on surface of the carrier. On rotating in a fixed direction, the spiral cleaning unit generates a flow field which not only comprises a vertical flow for an object to be cleaned but also a horizontal flow forming a parallel stream. Thus, dirt can be removed more easily than by using a traditional matrix cleaning device.
