CMP cleaning system and method
A cleaning apparatus and a method of using the cleaning apparatus are provided. The method includes first moving a pencil pad into contact with a top surface of a wafer, wherein the pencil pad is connected to a pivot arm and second moving the pivot arm in a sweeping motion from a first zone to a second zone, the first zone being closer to a center of the top surface of the wafer than the second zone, wherein the sweeping motion is controlled by a controller, the pivot arm moves at a first speed in the first zone and the pivot arm moves at a second speed in the second zone, wherein the first speed is different from the second speed.

A method for producing a cleaning string for cleaning a connector which comprises a step of removing oil components adhering to multifilament made of chemical fibers by washing with a surfactant-containing solution in a form of knitting, reel, or honeycomb wound before or after twisting plural multifilament made of chemical fibers, a step of washing with pure water, a step of drying and a step of unwinding the form.
Low-power cleaning of underwater cable/array
A low-power system for cleaning an underwater object, comprising an autonomous vehicle configured to move along a surface of an underwater object to be cleaned, the autonomous vehicle including a cleaning device. The cleaning device is configured to remove biofouling from the surface of the underwater object. The autonomous vehicle further includes a variable buoyancy mechanism configured to control a buoyancy of the autonomous vehicle, such that the autonomous vehicle moves up and/or down an underwater object.

Hole-cleaning method and apparatus
Systems, methods, and a hole-cleaning apparatus for cleaning machined holes before measurement. The apparatus includes a probe that is inserted into a hole, and a spool support configured to support a spool of a cleaning material. During operation, cleaning material is drawn from the spool downward along the outer surface of the probe, and cleans the machined hole. The cleaning material then passes through an opening at the lower end of the probe, moves upward through an internal passage to an opening in the upper end of the probe, and is collected on a powered take-up reel.

The invention relates to mobile phone peripheral devices, and discloses a cleaning device for a mobile phone screen which includes a frame. The frame is fixedly connected with a bracket, and a top end of the bracket is fixedly connected with a bearing sleeve. The inside of the bearing sleeve is rotatably connected with a rotating shaft. One end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a rotating knob. One end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a bevel gear. The inner of the bevel gear is fixedly sleeved with a threaded rod. Two ends of the threaded rod are rotationally connected with a bearing block. The surface of the threaded rod is fixedly connected to the limiting block. The cleaning device for the mobile phone screen is provided with a rotary knob and a bevel gear, and the rotary knob is rotated to drive the bevel gear so that the supporting plate can moves up and down. The position between the supporting plate and the cleaning sheet is located in accordance with the different thickness of the mobile phone, and the transmission is stable and precise. And it is possible to clean the screens of different sizes of mobile phones, thereby achieving a wide range of applications.

In another aspect, a grating element is disclosed comprising a frame of bars configured to support the one or more contaminated item; wherein the grating element is a ceiling enclosure portion of the lower frame element. In yet another aspect, a brush frame element mounted to an underside of the grating element is disclosed, wherein the brush frame element comprises a set of brush strips configured to protrude through at least one space between the frame bars.
