A portable wash basin assembly for cleaning a tool includes a wash basin having a base and at least one sidewall that extends upward from the base to an upper edge. The wash basin is configured to receive a liquid for cleaning the tool. A plurality of legs are coupled to the wash basin and are adjustable between a use position and a non-use position. A drain is located in the basin and configured to direct the liquid within the basin to a location below the basin. The wash basin is supported upon a frame. The portable wash basin assembly has a first height when the plurality of legs are in the use position and a second height, less than the first height, when the plurality of legs are in the non-use position. The legs are pivotably coupled to the frame between the use position and the non-use position.

A mobile surface maintenance machine embodiment includes a mobile body, a solution tank for containing a cleaning fluid, wheels for supporting the mobile body, a maintenance tool(s), an output channel, an electric power source, a first electric motor, and a pressure washer. The pressure washer includes a spray wand, a pressure pump, and a second electric motor. The pressure pump is fluidly coupled to the spray wand and to the solution tank. The pressure pump is configured to pressurize the cleaning fluid supplied to the spray wand. The second electric motor is operatively coupled to and configured to drive the pressure pump. The second electric motor is configured to receive electric power from the electric power source and is commonly powered by the electric power source that provides power to the first electric motor. The second electric motor is separate from the first electric motor.

A cleaning apparatus for a tool is provided. The cleaning apparatus includes a support structure having a first base portion, and a nozzle disposed on the first base portion of the support structure. The cleaning apparatus further includes circuitry that is communicatively coupled to an electronically-actuated fluid release mechanism and a robot. The circuitry determines a count of operation cycles of the tool coupled to an end-effector of the robot and instructs the robot to align the tool with the nozzle. The instruction is provided to the robot based on a determination that the determined count is greater than or equal to a threshold number. The circuitry controls the electronically-actuated fluid release mechanism based on whether the tool is aligned with the nozzle, to release a cleaning fluid through the nozzle for a first time-duration to clean the tool.

A cleaning apparatus for a tool is provided. The cleaning apparatus includes a support structure having a first base portion, and a nozzle disposed on the first base portion of the support structure. The cleaning apparatus further includes circuitry that is communicatively coupled to an electronically-actuated fluid release mechanism and a robot. The circuitry determines a count of operation cycles of the tool coupled to an end-effector of the robot and instructs the robot to align the tool with the nozzle. The instruction is provided to the robot based on a determination that the determined count is greater than or equal to a threshold number. The circuitry controls the electronically-actuated fluid release mechanism based on whether the tool is aligned with the nozzle, to release a cleaning fluid through the nozzle for a first time-duration to clean the tool.

A flow conditioning insert configured to be inserted inside the cavity of the housing to communicate fluid from the inlet to an interaction region downstream from the flow conditioning insert along an inlet axis within the housing, a step may extend from an inner surface of the cavity to assist to create turbulent flow in the interaction region. An air compressor is positioned within the cabinet to direct compressed air into a respective hose reel to dry the surfaces. A vacuum is positioned within the cabinet to supply vacuum pressure to the a respective hose reel for suctionally removing the fluid from a floor of the room.

A touchless cleaning assembly for cleaning a room in a touch-less manner includes a cabinet is recessed into a wall of a room. A plurality of hose reels is positioned in the cabinet and each of the hose reels includes a hose that is drawable outwardly from the cabinet for spraying a fluid for cleaning surfaces in the room, for blowing air to dry the surfaces and to vacuum the surfaces. The present disclosure may provide a cleaning apparatus for cleaning parts. The cleaning apparatus may comprise a housing defining a washing chamber having an opening through which parts may be loaded/unloaded into the washing chamber. The cleaning apparatus may also comprise a spray system adapted to direct a washing solution to clean the part in the washing chamber. The spray system may comprise a spray array with at least one rotatable spray head. The spray head may comprise a plurality of nozzles through which the washing solution is directed to clean the part in the washing chamber. The cleaning apparatus may also comprise a closure which may provide controlled access to the washing chamber through the opening and may be movable between a closed position to sealingly close the opening and an open position so as to allow for loading and unloading of parts into the washing chamber without obstruction.
