A system and method for deglazing or defrosting items, for cleaning wares, and/or for thermalizing/rethermalizing food items. The system includes a tank for holding fluid and a wash pump for creating a rolling washing action within the wash tank. The method includes placing items into the fluid so that as the fluid rolls within the wash tank, the items become deglazed or defrosted. The system further includes a discharge manifold with a plurality of discharge jets, a flow balancer for equalizing flow to multiple sections of the tank, and a diffuser plate for equalizing flow within a section of the tank. The various components of the system can be removed for cleaning, inspection, and/or replacement. The discharge manifold is accessible for removal and is configured to be easily cleaned.

High efficiency hot water pressure washer

An improved hot water pressure washer utilizes a combination of technologies to achieve lower emission levels and increased operational efficiency. A forced air natural gas or forced air oil burner utilizes a flue gas and recirculation line to lower carbon monoxide and NOx emissions from a burner. A flue gas heat exchanger is utilized to lower the temperature of the exhaust gas. The lower exhaust gas temperatures allow for lower cost materials to be utilized. The efficiency levels of a hot water pressure washer are increased over known devices.

CLEANING OF ADDITIVELY MANUFACTURED OBJECTS BY VACUUM CYCLING NUCLEATION

A method of making an object from a data file and a light polymerizable resin by additive manufacturing includes the steps of: (a) optionally modifying the data file to add additional vacuum cycling nucleation (VCN) nucleation sites to surfaces of the object (2A); (b) producing the object from the data file and the resin by light polymerization in an additive manufacturing process (3), optionally under conditions in which additional VCN nucleation sites are added to surfaces of the object, the object having residual resin adhered to the surface thereof; and then (c) cleaning the residual resin from the object with a wash liquid by vacuum cycling nucleation (4).

Method for removing oxide materials from a crack

A method for removing oxide materials from a crack of a metallic workpiece comprises: infiltrating an alkali solution into the crack in a pressurized atmosphere or an ultrasonic environment; applying an energy to the crack to react the oxide materials with the alkali solution and form a resultant material; and rinsing the resultant material with an acid solution to remove the resultant material from the crack. The method is easier to penetrate into the inside of the cracks, in particular suitable for cleaning narrow and deep cracks.
