An inversion maintenance device has a case, an inverting mechanism, and a control system. The case forms an inversion space. The inverting mechanism has an inverting base and multiple adapting modules. The inverting base is pivotally mounted in the inversion space. The adapting modules are mounted on the inverting base. Each of the adapting modules has an adapting port. The inverting base is capable of inverting to make the adapting port face downward and cover the inversion space. Dental handpieces can be mounted on the adapting modules. The control system has a control module and an operation input terminal. The operation input terminal is electrically connected to the control module and is capable of controlling the control module to inject a working fluid with pressure into the dental handpiece via the adapting module.

The first nozzles are disposed on each of the first annular closed-loop pipelines.

An apparatus for cleaning flat objects such as semiconductor wafers with a pulsed liquid jet emitted from a group of nozzles that may be installed on one or on both sides of the wafer installed in a vertically arranged rotating chuck. The apparatus is comprised of a series of individual processing units, such as a loading unit, cleaning units, drying unit, and an unloading unit arranged circumferentially around a universal industrial robot capable of reaching any of the units and transferring the wafers between the units. Drying is carried out in a horizontal position of the wafer and may combine spin-dry with chemical treatment for accelerating the drying process and for improving quality of the drying process. All units are located in a sealed enclosure with a controlled purity of the atmosphere inside the enclosure. Method of cleaning is also disclosed.

The spray system may comprise a spray array with at least one rotatable spray head. The spray head may comprise a plurality of nozzles through which the washing solution is directed to clean the part in the washing chamber. The cleaning apparatus may also comprise a closure which may provide controlled access to the washing chamber through the opening and may be movable between a closed position to sealingly close the opening and an open position so as to allow for loading and unloading of parts into the washing chamber without obstruction.

The first through hole defines an opening on a surface of the outlet portion facing away from the inlet portion. The opening is rectangular. The sealing gasket is sleeved on the inlet portion. The first nut is sleeved on the nozzle and receiving the sealing gasket. The screw is located on a side of the sealing gasket facing away from the outlet portion and is engaged with the first nut. A second through hole penetrates the screw communicating with the first through hole. The disclosure also provides a cleaning device having the spray head.
