Condition selectable backside gas
Methods of semiconductor processing may include performing a process on a semiconductor substrate. The semiconductor substrate may be seated on a substrate support positioned within a processing region of a semiconductor processing chamber. The methods may include flowing a first backside gas through the substrate support at a first flow rate. The methods may include removing the semiconductor substrate from the processing region of the semiconductor processing chamber. The methods may include performing a plasma cleaning operation within the processing region of the semiconductor processing chamber. The methods may include flowing a second backside gas through the substrate support at a second flow rate. At least a portion of the second backside gas may flow into the processing region through accesses in the substrate support.
Automatic washout system for a mixer vehicle
A washout system for a concrete mixer vehicle includes a plurality of valves, a plurality of nozzles, and a controller. The plurality of valves are configured to (i) be fluidly coupled to a pump and a fluid tank and (ii) receive a fluid from the pump. One or more of the plurality of nozzles are fluidly coupled to a respective one of the plurality of valves. Each of the plurality of nozzles are configured to provide the fluid to a respective target when the respective one of the plurality of valves is selectively activated to an open position. The controller is configured to monitor a plurality of washout parameters during operation of the concrete mixer vehicle and initiate one of a plurality of washout modes in response to a subset of the plurality of washout parameters being satisfied for the one of the plurality of washout modes.
METHOD FOR CLEANING A REACTOR FOR PROCESSING A LIGNOCELLULOSIC BIOMASS
The present invention concerns a method for cleaning a reactor (4) for treating a lignocellulosic biomass (P), said method comprising the following steps: a) draining the reactor of the reaction mixture containing the biomass, b) filling the reactor with a basic aqueous solution (EB), c) draining the reactor, d) injecting steam (V) into the reactor, e) filling the reactor with an aqueous solution (E), f) draining the reactor.
REACTOR CLEANING APPARATUS AND REACTOR CLEANING METHOD
The present disclosure provides a reactor cleaning apparatus including: a fixing part having a partial region inserted into a hole formed in an upper portion of a reactor to be coupled to the reactor and fixing a pipe; the pipe inserted into a hole formed in the fixing part, protruding downward from the fixing part, and having a length adjustable in a vertical direction; a spray nozzle provided at a lower end of the pipe; and a screener provided on a lower side surface of the pipe, and a reactor cleaning method using the same.
Endpoint Detection of Deposition Cleaning in a Pumping Line and a Processing Chamber
A method is provided for cleaning of a processing system comprising a wafer processing chamber and a pumping line in fluid connection with the wafer processing chamber. The method includes initiating cleaning of the wafer processing chamber by activating a chamber cleaning source and initiating cleaning of at least a portion of the pumping line by activating a foreline cleaning source coupled to the pumping line. The method also includes monitoring, at a downstream endpoint detector coupled to the pumping line, a level of a signature substance. The method further includes determining, by the downstream endpoint detector, at least one of a first endpoint of the cleaning of the wafer processing chamber or a second endpoint of the cleaning of the pumping line based on the monitoring.
SELF-CLEANING SINK
A self-cleaning sink has an undermounted bowl connected to a countertop. The perimeter of an internal bowl portion extends about a perimeter of a sink access permitting access through the countertop into the bowl and a base of the countertop spaces the internal bowl portion from the sink access perimeter. The base has at least one port in communication with a cross passage which selectively directs water into the bowl in a self-cleaning.
Insect breeding device
The invention relates to an insect breeding device. The insect breeding device comprising at least one insect cage (101) having a top wall (16A) with a non-curved and flat surface or having a top wall with a concave inner surface (seen from the interior of the insect cage); a bin (120) for holding a cleaning liquid; a first pipe (3) connected to the bin for receiving the cleaning liquid, wherein the pipe is entering the at least one insect cage through a first opening (11); a nozzle (14), coupled to the first pipe, positioned inside the at least one insect cage configured to deliver the cleaning liquid to the interior of the at least one insect cage; and a second pipe (4), coupled to a second opening (12), different from the first opening and located in the bottom wall of the cage and/or located in a side wall of the cage, in the side wall portion where the bottom wall and said side wall intersect, in the at least one insect cage, configured to drain the cleaning liquid and the debris remaining from farming insects in the cage, from the at least one insect cage.
CONTAINER FOR CLEANING AND STERILIZING MENSTRUAL CUPS
A container for cleaning and sterilizing a menstrual cup includes a vessel with an inner cavity made of elastic material having a bell-shaped portion for collecting menses and gripping means for insertion and removal during menstrual cycle; a lid closing an open-top, the vessel and the lid being made of materials suitable for exposure to microwave radiation, holding means for connecting the menstrual cup to the lid with the gripping means, wherein the lid is reversible for fitting on the open-top in two mounting positions, the first mounting position with the holding means directed towards the inner cavity such that, when attached to the lid, the menstrual cup projects at least partially into the inner cavity, and the second mounting position with the lid reversed and the holding means directed away from the inner cavity such that, when attached to the lid, the menstrual cup projects outwardly.
AUTOMATIC CLEANER
In the present application, the automatic cleaner comprises a housing, a first pipeline for extracting liquid from a bucket to be cleaned, and a second pipeline for injecting detergent into the bucket to be cleaned; the first pipeline and the second pipeline are both disposed on an inner wall of the housing, and the housing is configured to be enclosed to form a receiving space for receiving the bucket to be cleaned.
