SPECIFIC DEVICE FOR CLEANING ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS AND/OR CIRCUITS
The disclosure relates to a device for cleaning electronic components and/or circuits. The cleaning device comprises a first vessel containing a liquid, a support for holding the electronic components and/or circuits, a fluid injection system including nozzles allowing the projection of jets of fluid to sweep the surface of the components, and a fluid mixer including a first inlet suitable for receiving a pressurised liquid, a second inlet suitable for receiving a pressurised gas, and an outlet designed to supply the injection system with two-phase fluid. The first inlet is coupled to the outlet by an inner duct, the second inlet is coupled to a pressurised gas supply and to an injector for injecting the gas into the inner duct.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR SEPARATING A PLURALITY OF DIRECTED SELF-ASSEMBLED DIAMAGNETIC COMPONENTS
Methods for separating a plurality of diamagnetic directed self-assembled diamagnetic components are provided. One method includes, for instance: contacting a release substrate to the plurality of diamagnetic components, the plurality of diamagnetic components including a non-diamagnetic component affixed to a diamagnetic portion by a first adhesive, and removing the release substrate, the non-diamagnetic component being affixed to a final substrate by a second adhesive and the release substrate being affixed to the diamagnetic portion by a third adhesive, and wherein the removing removes the diamagnetic portion and at least a portion of the first adhesive from the non-diamagnetic component.
Prescription Bottle Label Degrader
A simple hand held label degrading device and method employs a molded polymer ring (collar) having a plurality of molded hardened pointed teeth on the internal circumference projecting radially inward for degrading the label of a prescription bottle or the like inserted therein. A longitudinal slot in the collar allows it to be fitted over a bottle such that simple hand squeezing of the collar compresses the collar around the bottle and engages the pointed teeth against the label. Simple hand twisting of the collar around the bottle in a clockwise or counterclockwise rotation cuts through the plastic composite or paper label and shreds the label rendering sensitive information illegible thus protecting personal health information. The bottles can then be thrown away or recycled without fear of medical identity theft.
CLEANING OF A SURFACE IN A PRINTING DEVICE
The present disclosure relates to cleaning a surface in a printing device, wherein a steam guiding member directs a steam flow towards the surface; wherein the steam flow interacts with a substance on said surface to clean a portion of the surface.
Method and Apparatus to Remove a Protective Layer
The present invention provides method and apparatus for removing a sealant from a surface. More specifically the present invention provides methods an apparatus for efficiently and consistently removing polysulfide sealant from a surface on an aluminum airplane wing without damaging the wing.
Device, system and method for automated detaching of an adhesive element from a carrier element
A device for the automated removal of an adhesive element from a support element extending along a main extension plane, including a deposition device to deposit the support element and a fixing device to fix the support element to the deposition device, wherein the fixing device and/or the deposition device are configured such that the fixed support element, at least in certain areas, especially in an area with one or more adhesive elements, is stretchable spaced apart from the deposition device along the main extension plane.
Heating Systems for Film Growth Inhibition for Cold Flow
A method of transporting a mixed phase fluid in a conduit. A hydrate and/or wax film is permitted to deposit on an inner wall of the conduit in a conversion zone, the conversion zone being less than a length of the conduit. A quantity of heat is applied to the conduit in the conversion zone until the hydrate and/or wax deposited on the inner wall in the conversion zone separates therefrom, thereby inhibiting the continual formation of hydrates and/or wax on the inner wall. The separated hydrates and/or wax are flowed in the mixed phase fluid.
ADHESIVE REMOVING DEVICE AND METHOD
Provided is an adhesive removing device for removing an adhesive for adhering a mask and a pellicle from the mask. The adhesive removing device includes: a laser irradiating unit configured to irradiate a laser beam to an adhesive layer formed between the mask and the pellicle; a controller configured to control a wavelength, a waveform, and an energy density of the laser beam, so as to remove the adhesive layer through emission of the laser beam; and an imaging unit configured to monitor a region to which the laser beam is irradiated.
METHOD OF REMOVING THERMOPLASTIC ADHESIVE ON FABRIC
Provided are methods for dissolving or removing adhesive and decorative elements on fabric or garments that are adhesively bonded by thermoplastic adhesive.
Cleaning device
A cleaning device includes a supporting mechanism, a clamping mechanism arranged on the supporting mechanism and used to clamp a spray head, a heating mechanism, an adjusting mechanism, and a cleaning mechanism. The heating mechanism, the adjusting mechanism, and the cleaning mechanism are arranged on the supporting mechanism. The heating mechanism is used to heat the spray head clamped by the clamping mechanism. The cleaning mechanism is used to inject cleaning liquid into the spray head, dredge the spray head, and detect the spray head. The adjusting mechanism is used to rotate and adjust a position of the cleaning mechanism to complete different tasks on the spray head.
