A system for initiating a recycling program of consumer electronic devices, wherein the system includes a collection device configured to collect a plurality of consumer electronic devices from users, a processing unit located within a permitted facility, communicatively connected to the collection device, wherein the processing unit is configured to disassemble each consumer electronic device of the plurality of consumer electronic devices into a plurality of base components through an electronic device disassembling process, wherein the plurality of base components includes a plurality of plastic components and at least a battery component, process the plurality of base components, wherein processing the plurality of base components includes disintegrating the plurality of plastic components into a plurality of granules and decomposing the at least one battery component into a plurality of electrochemical materials, and generate a recycled output using the processed plurality of base components.

A fluid dispensing apparatus may be used to dispense a fluid from a container that is under pressure and that has a pierceable membrane. The fluid dispensing apparatus may include a valve body having a bore, an adaptor having a bore and a piercing member, and a nozzle having a bore. The fluid dispensing apparatus may be operable to pierce the pierceable membrane to communicate the fluid within the container with the adaptor bore and with the valve body bore. The nozzle may be operable to permit the fluid to flow under the pressure out of the container, through the adaptor bore, through the valve body bore and through the nozzle bore to ambient.

The method includes applying a reduced pressure to at least the liquid, thereby removing a gaseous fraction from the liquid, leaving a liquid fraction, the gaseous fraction containing at least gaseous matter previously dissolved in the liquid fraction, discharging the gaseous fraction separate from the liquid fraction, cooling the gaseous fraction, thereby condensing low-boilers present in the gaseous fraction, and discharging the condensate separately from the remainder of the gaseous fraction. Methods and apparatus for reclaiming oil from vaporizer cartridges and filling vaporizer cartridges are disclosed herein. An example apparatus includes a plate having a top side, a bottom side opposite the top side, and a threaded opening extending into the top side of the plate. The threaded opening is sized to receive a threaded extension on a vaporizer cartridge such that the vaporizer cartridge can be screwed into the threaded opening and held on the plate while a mouthpiece of the vaporizer cartridge is removed. The plate also has a drain opening extending through the plate between the top side and the bottom side. At least a portion of the drain opening is sized to receive a reservoir casing of the vaporizer cartridge such that the reservoir casing can be inserted into the drain opening in an upside-down orientation.
