Wheel straightener device
WHEEL STRAIGHTENER DEVICE describes a constructive configuration in wheel straightener equipment, used for the correction of warped wheel of motor vehicle, in which the modifications applied to the new device relates primarily to the improvement in manufacture and use of such devices, aiming to eliminate the jack and improve wheel support points on the equipment, as well as providing a flange that has a universal feature that meets all 4, 5 and 6-hole models.
MECHANICAL SPREADER
A mechanical spreader along a spreading axis, characterized in that it comprises a support (1) and two spreading plates (2), each spreading plate (2) comprising at least one bevel (3), and in that it also comprises a central rod (4) able to slide in said support (1) between the two spreading plates (2), said central rod (4) comprising a plurality of bevels (5) having a profile complementary to the bevels (3) of said spreading plates (2), the bevels (5) of said central rod (4) being in contact with the bevels (3) of said spreading plates (2), said spreader also comprising return means able to exert a return force on the spreading plates (2), means for pushing the central rod (4) and means for immobilizing the spreading plates (2) in planes perpendicular to said spreading axis.
MECHANICAL SPREADER
A mechanical spreader along a spreading axis, characterized in that it comprises a support (1) and two spreading plates (2), each spreading plate (2) comprising at least one bevel (3), and in that it also comprises a central rod (4) able to slide in said support (1) between the two spreading plates (2), said central rod (4) comprising a plurality of bevels (5) having a profile complementary to the bevels (3) of said spreading plates (2), the bevels (5) of said central rod (4) being in contact with the bevels (3) of said spreading plates (2), said spreader also comprising return means able to exert a return force on the spreading plates (2), means for pushing the central rod (4) and means for immobilizing the spreading plates (2) in planes perpendicular to said spreading axis.
A Repair Tool
A repair tool 10 comprising: first and second support elements 11, 12, the first and second support elements 11, 12 each comprising a first end 13 which is engagable with a portion of material to be repaired and a second end 14 distal the first end. A spanning member 15 is engagable with the support elements 11, 12 at or about the second end 14 thereof, the spanning member being sized and dimensioned to span between said support elements 11, 12, in a spanning position above a portion of material to be repaired. The support elements 11, 12 are movable relative to the spanning member 15 in the longitudinal direction thereof to adjust the distance between the first and second support elements 11, 12. Thus, in use, when the first and second support elements 11, 12 are attached to a portion of material to be repaired, tension may be applied or released from said material by movement of one or both of the support elements 11, 12. The repair tool 10 further comprises one or both of the following features. The repair tool may firstly comprise a pull/push arrangement 16 mountable to the spanning member 15 between the first and second support elements 11, 12 and configured to apply a pulling force to a portion of the material to be repaired; and/or the spanning member 15 of the repair tool 10 is rotatable or otherwise movable laterally relative to at least a portion of the support elements 11, 12 such that the area between the support elements 11, 12 is more readily accessible.
A Repair Tool
A repair tool 10 comprising: first and second support elements 11, 12, the first and second support elements 11, 12 each comprising a first end 13 which is engagable with a portion of material to be repaired and a second end 14 distal the first end. A spanning member 15 is engagable with the support elements 11, 12 at or about the second end 14 thereof, the spanning member being sized and dimensioned to span between said support elements 11, 12, in a spanning position above a portion of material to be repaired. The support elements 11, 12 are movable relative to the spanning member 15 in the longitudinal direction thereof to adjust the distance between the first and second support elements 11, 12. Thus, in use, when the first and second support elements 11, 12 are attached to a portion of material to be repaired, tension may be applied or released from said material by movement of one or both of the support elements 11, 12. The repair tool 10 further comprises one or both of the following features. The repair tool may firstly comprise a pull/push arrangement 16 mountable to the spanning member 15 between the first and second support elements 11, 12 and configured to apply a pulling force to a portion of the material to be repaired; and/or the spanning member 15 of the repair tool 10 is rotatable or otherwise movable laterally relative to at least a portion of the support elements 11, 12 such that the area between the support elements 11, 12 is more readily accessible.
Drawing device
A drawing device includes a main body, a seat body, a central axle, two supporting members and a driving structure. The seat body is rotatably connected to the main body and has two legs which have a preset distance therebetween, the central axle vertically penetrates the main body and the seat body and movable along a vertical direction, the main body and the seat body are rotatable about the central axle relative to each other, a bottom portion of the central axle penetrates the seat body for a sucking disc to be arranged thereon, the two supporting members are respectively swingably pivoted to the two legs of the seat body, and the central axle is located between the two supporting members, and the driving structure is attached to the main body and connected to the central axle to optionally move the central axle upward.
Drawing device
A drawing device includes a main body, a seat body, a central axle, two supporting members and a driving structure. MAGNETIC AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR DEVICE, AND RELATED METHODS
The present invention relates to a magnetic device comprising a housing with multiple compartments and an adjustable fastener. The housing includes a first compartment bordered by a first opening and a flange, a second compartment bordered by a second opening, and a third compartment adjacent to a second wall. The adjustable fastener is retained in the first compartment and includes a plate with a recess and a protruding structure with a receiving chamber. The protruding structure is partially retained in the second compartment and has a track. The device further includes a retaining structure with a compartment and a rod with a guide rail that engages with the track of the protruding structure. Additionally, one or more magnets are retained in the compartment of the retaining structure. The magnetic device provides adjustable and secure magnetic attachment for various applications.
MAGNETIC AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR DEVICE, AND RELATED METHODS
The present invention relates to a magnetic device comprising a housing with multiple compartments and an adjustable fastener. The housing includes a first compartment bordered by a first opening and a flange, a second compartment bordered by a second opening, and a third compartment adjacent to a second wall. Method and arrangement for aligning a vehicle
A method for of aligning a vehicle includes the steps of: supporting a first portion (19A, 19B) of the vehicle, deforming the vehicle by applying a force to a second portion (5) of the vehicle, positioning at least one motion sensing measuring unit (9A, 9B) including at least one accelerometer on the supported first portion (19A, 19B) of the vehicle before the deforming step, and tracking any movements of the supported first portion (19A, 19B) of the vehicle during the deformation by means of the motion sensing measuring unit (9A, 9B). An arrangement for aligning a vehicle is also provided.
