Bending press and bending method
A forming operation on a workpiece clamps the workpiece between a first clamping jaw with a first shaping edge, and an adjustable second clamping jaw with a second shaping edge so that a portion projects between the shaping edges and afterwards a bending edge of an adjustable bending bar is guided at a distance past the shaping edges, whereby the portion of the workpiece is angled away in relation to the part of the workpiece that is clamped between the clamping jaws. The bending edge is guided on angling along a straight path of movement of the bending edge, and after the bending edge has passed the shaping edges, the shaping edges are adjusted along an adjustment path which approaches the path of movement of the bending edge.

The invention relates to a positionable robotic cell for placement at a bending machine. The robotic cell comprises a frame for receiving the robot and a receiving device for a workpiece as well as a positioning device for repositioning the robotic cell. Moreover, a first sensor device is provided for recognizing the position of the robotic cell relative to the manufacturing device. The invention furthermore relates to a production facility with a bending machine and with such a robotic cell as well as a method for operating such a robotic cell at a bending machine.

There is provided a method of producing an exterior case for a hot water unit including a pressing process in which press processing is performed on a flat metal plate, and a component part of an exterior case used for accommodating a hot water device for hot water production or hot water storage therein is formed; and a painting process in which any of letters, symbols, figures, and patterns is painted on the component part of the exterior case, wherein the painting process includes an ink jet printing process in which ink jet printing is performed on the flat metal plate and an ink jet printing layer is formed, and wherein the pressing process is performed after the ink jet printing process.

A processing machine for flat material parts includes a machine frame, a lower beam, an upper beam, at least one processing tool, and a control unit and an infeed table on which the flat material part to be processed can be placed for positioning in the processing machine. A support loading unit with a plurality of suction cups is provided for the positioning of the flat material part on the infeed table. The infeed table can be moved from a parking position in an extension direction to a loading and unloading position and back again. The support unit is mounted on the movement axis assigned to the processing tool or tools for a pivoting movement into the same direction.

A press brake assembly including a crane system and press brake machine for processing a workpiece. The crane system having a workpiece handling mechanism configured to pick and store the workpiece. The crane system allows the crane to move along a plane via longitudinal and lateral rails. The crane also includes multiple swivel points to allow mobility to handle workpieces efficiently. The control system of the press brake machine may control the crane, allowing a single control system to control the press brake assembly.
POCKET FLANGE FORMING DEVICE FOR DUCT
Disclosure is a pocket flange forming device for a duct. When a plate enters a forming molding unit provided at the opposite sides of the forming device while being seated on a transfer unit, pocket flanges serving as duct connecting portion are formed on longitudinal edges on the opposite sides of the plate through the forming-molding method such as bending, folding, and compressing in addition to transferring, and the forming molding unit is rotated by 180 degrees to match with molding positions of forming rollers of the left and right forming molding unit, and a gap between the forming molding unit and another forming molding unit is set by a gap adjusting part, so that the pocket flanges having the same size or different sizes at the opposite sides thereof can be molded at the same time. Accordingly, the production performance and productivity of the pocket flanges can be enhanced.

An automatically adjusting auto gauge system comprises a servo motor that provides rotational motion; at least one of a gearbox and linear actuator driven by the one or more servo motors to transfer the rotational motor of the servo motor to linear motion; a group of roll former passes, each including a cam arm, an eccentric cam, a push rod, a top set of roll tooling, a bottom set of roll tooling; a bar operably coupled to the gearbox and the cam arms of the group of roll former passes, the bar driven by the gearbox to impart linear motion to the cam arms, which in turn imparts rotational motion to each eccentric cam, which in turn imparts linear motion, raising or lowering the top set of roll tooling via the push rod, adjusting a gap between the top and bottom sets of roll tooling.
