PRESS AND METHODS FOR CUTTING AND FOLDING A SAFETY RAZOR TO FORM A 2-BLADE SYSTEM FOR A RAZOR HEAD, AND ASSEMBLY
A shaving head that doubles as breaking mechanism to break a safety razor blade into two pieces to form a 2-blade shaving razor. The shaving head includes a front component having a retention guide, a first position stop and a second position stop at a distance offset from the first position stop. The shaving head further includes a back component having a blade slot configured to receive a first blade portion and a second blade portion formed from breaking a double-edge safety razor blade such that the first blade portion has a different width compared to the second blade portion. The retention guide is configured to retain the first blade portion and the second blade portion in the blade slot responsive to the retention guide being at least partially inserted into the blade slot. The sharp shaving edges once installed form a shaving angle between 5 and 30 degrees, where the shaving angle is determined by where the blade is broken.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SPINGBACK COMPENSATION IN BEND FORMING PROCESSES
Systems and methods for bending a material to a target resultant bending parameter using a bend forming tool are disclosed. The systems and methods receive values for parameters of properties of the material and of a bending process to be performed by the bend forming tool, creating or retrieving a calibration curve relating input bending parameter and resultant bending parameter based on the values from a database of calibration curves, determining a first springback compensated input bending parameter based on the target resultant bending parameter using the calibration curve, inputting the first springback compensated input bending parameter to the bend forming tool, and in a first step of bending the material, bending the material to the first springback compensated input bending parameter by applying the bending process using the bend forming tool.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SPINGBACK COMPENSATION IN BEND FORMING PROCESSES
Systems and methods for bending a material to a target resultant bending parameter using a bend forming tool are disclosed. ADJUSTABLE STOPPER ASSEMBLY FOR PRESS BRAKE
The present disclosure provides for a reversible and adjustable stopper assembly comprised of an upper frame, L-bracket, connector portion and stopping member. The stopper can be configured to be secured to at least two main types of press brakes. The stopping portion of the stopper is also reversible, allowing for less sheet metal to be inserted into the press brake, if desired. The stopper assembly can be slid in a horizontal manner, relative to the press brake to preserve the measurement of the sheet metal from one end of the press brake to the other.

A flanged interlocking molding is provided for use in toilet partitions or other partitions, and which eliminates the sight lines along each edge of the partition door. The flanged interlocking molding, formed of a single piece of material can be arranged on a component of the partition, such as a door and/or a pilaster. A forming press having a machine bed on which a first tool is arranged, and having a tool carrier which is accommodated to the machine bed such that it can move relative thereto and further including a second tool and a drive for moving the tool carrier and a machine control for controlling the drive, and having a safety control for disabling the drive, wherein the safety control deactivates a first radiation detector if a first status signal, which results from a comparison between a first current position value with a first deactivation position value matches with a second status signal which results from a comparison between a second current position value with the first deactivation position value.
METHOD OF ARRANGING DIVIDED TOOL AND PRESS BRAKE
In a first step, a pulling operation is performed with respect to four tools by retaining, in an immovable state, a leftmost tool from among the four tools lined up on a tool mounting unit by means of a left ATC and by moving, toward the left ATC, a rightmost tool from among the four tools by means of a right ATC. In a second step, a movement of the right ATC is stopped when a torque of a motor for moving the right ATC in a left-right direction reaches a preset set value. The first step includes a choosing step of choosing, for the respective left and right ATCs, whether to perform the pulling operation in a state of being abutted against respective side surfaces of the tools or to perform the pulling operation in a state of being engaged with respective engagement holes of the tools.
METHOD OF ARRANGING DIVIDED TOOL AND PRESS BRAKE
