ROBOTIC ROD BENDERS AND RELATED MECHANICAL AND MOTOR HOUSINGS
Robotic rod benders are disclosed including a motor housing and a mechanical housing coupled with the motor housing. The motor housing may include first and second rod feeding/rotating motors, a brake motor, a bending motor, first and second rod feeding/rotating transmission inputs, a brake transmission input, and a bending transmission input. The mechanical housing may include a rod feeding/rotating subassembly, a brake subassembly, a bending subassembly, first and second rod feeding/rotating transmission outputs, a brake transmission output, and a bending transmission output. Separate motor and mechanical housings are also disclosed.
Apparatus for Molding Hairpin and Method of Inserting Hairpin Using the Same
A method can be used for inserting a hairpin in a stator core. The method includes unwinding a coil spiral-wound on an uncoiler, forming a decoated portion by decoating a predetermined portion on the coil, bending the coil in multiple stages to two-dimensionally form a leg portion and a head portion of a hairpin, cutting the coil formed with the leg portion and the head portion by a predetermined length, and moving the hairpin to be inserted into a stator core while three-dimensionally forming the head portion.

IMPACT BEAM WITH BENT STRUCTURE AND BENDING APPARATUS
An impact beam having a bent structure is provided. The impact beam is mounted at a lateral portion of each door in a vertical direction of a vehicle body and supports the door in the vertical direction. An upper end of the impact beam extends to support a roof panel and a lower end of the impact beam extends to a lower roller mounting portion. The impact beam is bent in an L shape and a T shape based on a curvature of the door.

Geared conduit bender
A tool, such as a conduit bender, that includes a gear assembly for providing a mechanical advantage when bending a workpiece conduit. The gear assembly comprises a pinion gear rotatably coupled to a handle, the handle including a pin that can be selectively engaged with the pinion gear. The conduit bender also includes a shoe with teeth that protrude radially inward from a curved outer portion. When the conduit bender is in use, the teeth of the pinion gear engage with the teeth of the shoe.

Dual Hanging Device
A dual hanging device for hanging tools in a jug and the jug to a ladder includes a rod, which is resiliently flexible and comprises a medial segment, which is engaged to and disposed between first and second segments. The rod is shaped so that the rod can be inserted of into a jug, which has a cutout positioned in a front thereof proximate to a top thereof. The first segment is inserted such that it extends through a hollow handle of the jug. The medial segment protrudes through a top of the jug to define a hanging hook, which can selectively hook to an element of a ladder. The second segment is disposed within the jug proximate to the cutout to define a set of tool hooks. A respective tool hook can selectively engage a tool so that the tool is removably engaged thereto.
