BENDING MACHINE
A bending machine for bending profiles having a bending tool with a bending axis. The bending tool has at least one bending template forming a bending radius, and a swing arm that is pivotable about the bending axis. The swing arm has at least one clamping jaw which cooperates with the at least one bending template to fix a profile to be bent, having a profile separating device which is arranged on a tool holder and has a tool head. The tool head has a separating device and a cutout forming a separating region, the cutout extending as far as an edge of the tool head and forming an opening. The profile separating apparatus and the profile to be separated are movable relative to one another in a radial direction of the profile. The profile is insertable through the opening into the cutout and into the separating region.
COOLING APPARATUS AND COOLING METHOD FOR STEEL MATERIAL
According to the present invention, there is provided a cooling apparatus for a steel material in which one portion in a longitudinal direction of an elongated steel material (10) is heated while the steel material is fed in the longitudinal direction in a state where one end portion of the steel material is gripped, and the one end portion is moved in a two-dimensional or three-dimensional direction so as to form the steel material into a predetermined shape including a bent portion and thereafter to cool a heated portion including the bent portion. The cooling apparatus includes a first cooling apparatus (22) that ejects a first cooling medium to the heated portion, and a second cooling apparatus (23) that is disposed on a downstream side from the first cooling apparatus when viewed along a feeding direction of the steel material, and that ejects a second cooling medium to the heated portion. A plurality of the second cooling apparatuses are disposed along the feeding direction, and flow rates of the second cooling media can be controlled independently of each other. According to the configuration, it is possible to reduce the insufficient quenching of the steel material.

Method and apparatus for manufacturing a bent product
A bent product having a three-dimensionally bent portion intermittently or continuously in the lengthwise direction is manufactured by supporting a steel pipe at a first position A while feeding it in the lengthwise direction, locally heating the steel pipe being fed at a second position B, cooling the heated portion of the steel pipe at a third position C, and varying the position of a gripping means, which grips the steel pipe in a region D downstream of the third position C, in a three-dimensional direction including the feed direction of the steel pipe in a workspace including a space on the upstream side of the third position C in the feed direction of the steel pipe to impart a bending moment to the heated portion of the steel pipe.

METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BENT MEMBER, AND HOT-BENDING APPARATUS FOR STEEL MATERIAL
A method for manufacturing a bent member, the method includes feeding an elongated steel material in a longitudinal direction with one end portion of the steel material as a head, performing high-frequency induction heating to one portion of the steel material in the longitudinal direction by being supplied high-frequency power to form a high-temperature portion, bending the steel material by applying a bending moment in an arbitrary direction to the high-temperature portion to form a bent portion, and injecting a cooling medium to the bent portion to cool the bent portion. The bending includes forming the bent portion having a ratio R/W which is equal to or lower than a predetermined value, where the ratio R/W is a ratio obtained by dividing a bending radius R [mm] of the bent portion on a centroid line of the steel material by a dimension W [mm] in a bend direction in a cross-section of the steel material orthogonal to the centroid line, slowing down a feeding speed of the steel material less than V1, where the V1 is the feeding speed of the steel material while forming the bent portion having the ratio R/W which is more than the predetermined value, and reducing the high-frequency power supplied while forming the high-temperature portion less than Q1, where the Q1 is the high-frequency power supplied while forming the bent portion having the ratio R/W which is more than the predetermined value.
