SHAPING METHOD AND SHAPING DEVICE FOR DOUBLE PIPE
A shaping method for a double pipe includes: bending the double pipe with a specified curvature to form a bent portion in the double pipe; and arranging the bent portion on a first shaping die having a first shaping surface at a position biased inward or outward in a curvature radius direction of the bent portion relative to the first shaping surface, wherein the first shaping surface is configured to shape a first outer surface of both outer surfaces of the bent portion that are located on both sides of a plane including a central axis of the bent portion, and pressing the bent portion arranged on the first shaping die by a second shaping die having a second shaping surface configured to shape a second outer surface of the both outer surfaces of the bent portion.
Method for producing pipe material
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a pipe material and to provide a mandrel with which resistance between a member to be processed and the mandrel during bending processing can be reduced and overall processing time can be shortened. The method for producing a pipe material includes: a step for inserting a mandrel, which is provided on the inside thereof with a flow path through which dry ice powder flows and spray holes at the tip thereof for spraying the dry ice powder, inside pipe material; a step for spraying the dry ice powder from the spray holes inside the pipe material; and a step for performing bending processing on the pipe material wherein the mandrel has been inserted.

A tubing bender device includes a frame, handle, ratchet mechanism, slide rod and a frame notch. The tubing bender may be easily disassembled and assembled into a forward or reverse configuration through the use of connectors, two brackets and a bending mandrel. Reversibility is also provided by a cross bow bar support releasably secured to either the slide rod or to a bracket. The cross bow bar support may also be inverted to position die heads in either an upward or downward direction. Repositionable die heads may also be rotated relative to the support into an operative configuration when bending smaller diameter tubing. The repositionable die heads are rotated relative to the support into a non-operative configuration when bending larger diameter tubing.

Bender

Example benders include features such as a mandrel, adjustable mechanical stops, and scales having relatively high resolution along with significant distance from a central axis of the mandrel. Certain benders may include separate fine and course adjustments to bend angles and support mechanisms for controlling the bend plane angle.

One aspect of the present disclosure is a manufacturing device for a bent pipe by which the bent pipe is obtained by bending a double pipe. The manufacturing device for a bent pipe includes an inner core metal, an intermediate core metal, a bending mold, and a controller. The controller executes a first bending process, a second bending process, and a re-bending process. In the first bending process, a first pipe and a second pipe are bend in a first direction in a first area. In the second bending process, the first pipe and the second pipe are bent in a second direction in a second area. The second area has more distance from a coupling portion than the first area does. In the re-bending process, the second pipe is bent in the same direction as the second direction in the second area.

One aspect of the present disclosure is a manufacturing device for a bent pipe by which the bent pipe is obtained by bending a double pipe. The manufacturing device for a bent pipe includes an inner core metal, an intermediate core metal, a bending mold, and a controller. The lubrication system is configured to selectively direct a lubrication fluid to the tube proximate the bending die assembly.
