A groove forming station configured to simultaneously form a groove on an end of a plurality of tubes includes a conveyor system configured to receive one of the plurality of tubes and align the one of the plurality of tubes for a subsequent grooving process; a first groove forming device configured to form a first groove on one end of a plurality of tubes; a second groove forming device configured to form a second groove on another end of the plurality of tubes. The conveyor system is configured to convey the plurality of tubes to the first groove forming device; and the conveyor system being further configured to convey the plurality of tubes to the second groove forming device.

Pipe Grooving Device Having Flared Cup
A pipe grooving device has a flared cup which surrounds a pipe end stop. The cup and the pipe end stop are mounted on a fixed pinion about which a carriage rotates. The carriage carries geared cams which engage the pinion and rotate synchronously when the carriage rotates relatively the pinion. The cams engage a pipe element received by the cup and form a circumferential groove in the pipe element. The cup and the pipe stop move independently of one another axially along a pinion shaft to actuate rotation of the carriage. The flared cup accommodates dimensional pipe diameter tolerances and mitigates pipe flare and maintains pipe roundness during the grooving process.

Tool and process for forming destacking formations on metal blanks
A tool for manufacturing blanks and a process for stacking and destacking the blanks in a production line are provided. The tool is incorporated into a blanking die used to trim a metal sheet and form the blanks. When the blanks are stacked, the destacking formations provide gaps between the adjacent blanks. The gaps provide an entry to blast air and thus reliably separate the blanks for pick up, so that only one blank is picked up at a time. The tool includes a deforming unit that has an engagement element for pressing deformations into the metal sheet. The deformations are pressed adjacent to at least one edge of the metal sheet so that when the metal sheet is trimmed, and the blanks are stacked, they are spaced by the deformations by adjacently stacked blanks.
Tool and process for forming destacking formations on metal blanks
A tool for manufacturing blanks and a process for stacking and destacking the blanks in a production line are provided. The tool is incorporated into a blanking die used to trim a metal sheet and form the blanks. When the blanks are stacked, the destacking formations provide gaps between the adjacent blanks. Pipe Grooving Device

The tool attaches to the power drive using the existing tool assembly on the power drive, and allows a single operator to cut, ream and groove multiple pipe segments, without having to replace tools or otherwise alter the power drive and its tool assembly between grooving different pipe segments.
