MULTIFUNCTIONAL GRANDSTAND CHAIR
A multifunctional grandstand chair includes a chair frame, a cushion movably arranged on the chair frame, and backrest cloth. The chair frame includes a base frame, a backrest tube and two foot supports, which are respectively pivoted to two sides of the base frame and capable of being inwards folded onto the base frame or outwards unfolded to support the base frame. The multifunctional grandstand chair further includes fixed connecting pieces connected between the base frame and the foot supports to limit the maximum unfolding angle of the foot supports. When the multifunctional grandstand chair needs to be transformed into a grandstand chair structure, the foot supports are folded onto the base frame. When the multifunctional grandstand chair needs to be transformed into a common chair, the foot supports are unfolded to be supported on the ground.

STADIUM SEAT
A stadium seat includes a mounting base configured to be connected to a support structure, a vertical support extending upwardly from the mounting base, a seat support movably coupled to the mounting base, and a back support coupled to the vertical support. The seat support is movable relative to the mounting base between a first position, in which the seat support is at a first horizontal distance from the vertical support, and a second position, in which the seat support is at a second horizontal distance from the vertical support, the first distance being different than the second distance.

Seat assembly having a pivot restraint mechanism that limits seat back movement
A seat assembly having a seat bottom, a seat back, and at least one belt. The belt may have a first end that may be coupled to a seat bottom frame and a second end that may be coupled to a seat back frame. The belt may limit pivotal movement of the seat back away from the seat bottom.
Seating assembly
A seating element as noted herein, is attachable to a folding metal chair, the seating element includes a base portion having front, back, and side edges. The base portion includes an articulating shape from the front edge to the back edge including a convex arcuate rise and fall combined with a concave arcuate descension blending into a flat surface of the base portion such that the front edge of the base portion is lower in height than the back edge of the base portion. The back wall is disposed at the back edge and a front wall is disposed at the front edge. The bottom edges of the base portion are attached to descending outer side walls. The seating element is securable to the metal folding chair by engagement at least two of the back wall, front wall, and side walls over a seat of the chair.
PORTABLE, COLLAPSIBLE STADIUM SEAT WITH SAFETY LATCH
A portable and collapsible stadium seat comprises a seat bottom support, a back support, and a safety latch for properly positioning the seat in place relative to a stadium bleacher seating surface or bench. The seat bottom support and back support are interconnected for movement between an operative, or set-up, condition defining a seating surface and a back support surface, and a collapsed, or bundled, condition designed for easy transport and storage of the seat. The safety latch is movably connected on underside of the seat bottom support, preferably towards the forward end thereof, and provides a stop and an arm facilitating proper and safe positioning of the seat on a bleacher or bench surface for use. The seat preferably includes a carrying strap or handle for transporting the collapsed and bundled seat, for example, over the user's shoulder or via a hand grasp.

STADIUM CHAIR
A stadium chair has a seat frame and a backrest frame pivotally coupled to the seat frame for rotation about an axis parallel to a rear portion of the seat frame. The backrest frame is capable of forward rotation about the axis toward the seat frame and rearward rotation about the axis away from the seat frame. A biasing element coupled to either the seat frame or the backrest frame causes forward biasing of the backrest frame toward a neutral position relative to the seat frame. The biasing element allows for limited rearward rotation of the backrest frame from the neutral position and allows for forward rotation of the backrest frame from the neutral position. The chair preferably is configured to receive optional rotatable armrests that may be installed or removed without the use of tools.
