STADIUM CHAIR
A stadium chair has a seat frame and a backrest frame pivotally coupled to the seat frame for rotation about an axis parallel to a rear portion of the seat frame. The backrest frame is capable of forward rotation about the axis toward the seat frame and rearward rotation about the axis away from the seat frame. A biasing element coupled to either the seat frame or the backrest frame causes forward biasing of the backrest frame toward a neutral position relative to the seat frame. The biasing element allows for limited rearward rotation of the backrest frame from the neutral position and allows for forward rotation of the backrest frame from the neutral position. The chair preferably is configured to receive optional rotatable armrests that may be installed or removed without the use of tools.
Modifiable seat
An adjustable height, covered, foldable, configurable modifiable seat with a seat frame (comprising a bottom frame, a back frame, and an upper frame) and at least one frame opening defined by the contours of at least a portion of the seat frame. A bleacher hook is disposed on the seat frame. Lower hinges connect the bottom frame to the back frame and upper hinges connect the back frame to the upper frame. The lower and upper hinges can be locked to provide the frame with stability. A first support member is connected to the lower hinges and a second support member is connected to the upper hinges. A fabric is disposed over at least a portion of said seat frame and at least one frame opening. The modifiable seat is used by a user in a first, second, third, or fourth configuration.

TRAVEL SEAT CUSHION WITH STORABLE BLANKET
A travel seat cushion incorporating a storable blanket having a hood, is disclosed. The travel seat cushion is formed having a resilient compressible filling such as memory foam or recycled plastic filling. The travel seat cushion may, in different embodiments, further include a plurality of handles or straps and fasteners for ease of storage of the seat cushion, or a shoulder strap for ease of transport. The blanket may be formed of a fleece material for warmth and comfort. Alternatively, the blanket section of the seat cushion may be formed having an outer waterproof layer, such as nylon, with an inner fleece layer for warmth and comfort. The blanket may also have buttons, snaps or other fasteners located at the bottom of the hood allowing for fastening of the hood in place. The blanket may also incorporate hand pocket sections at an edge of the blanket section.

Sleep fabric layer with individually pocketed coils
The present application provides a cushion having a core layer and a quilt support/comfort layer. The core layer may comprise innersprings, foams, air cells, or combinations thereof. The support/comfort layer comprises a sleep layer that simulates a conventional quilted fabric layer. The sleep layer includes a thick, comfort fabric and a backing fabric, which backing fabric may be the same as the thick, comfort fabric. The sleep layer is formed by coupling the thick, comfort fabric to the backing fabric to form a plurality of individual pockets in which micro spring coils are placed. The micro spring coils have less uncompressed height than conventional innerspring coils. The sleep layer coupling is formed by spot coupling without using a metal needle to stitch the layers together. In other words, the spot coupling may comprise an adhesive or weld.

Seat Assembly Having a Pivot Restraint Mechanism that Limits Seat Back Movement
A seat assembly having a seat bottom, a seat back, and at least one belt. The belt may have a first end that may be coupled to a seat bottom frame and a second end that may be coupled to a seat back frame. The belt may limit pivotal movement of the seat back away from the seat bottom.
