METHOD FOR PRODUCING STRUCTURE
A joining method of a structure includes preparing a first member including a first portion provided with a first hole and a second portion provided with a second hole, a second member, a die, and an elastic member, inserting the second member into the first hole, inserting the elastic member into the second member, in a state where one end of the second member in an axial direction is located between the first portion and the second portion, compressing and expanding the elastic member in the axial direction, thereby expanding and deforming the second member at a portion passing through the first hole to be swaged and joined to the first portion. The die includes a support surface for applying a compressive force from the die to the elastic member through the second hole. The support surface is perpendicular to an axial direction of the elastic member.

SUPPORT UNIT AND FLOOR PLATE
Disclosed are a support unit and a floor plate. The support unit includes a first plate and a second plate which are spaced apart from each other, one end of the first plate is provided with a plurality of first ring walls at intervals, one end of second plate facing the first plate is provided with a plurality of second ring walls at intervals, the plurality of second ring walls are arranged corresponding to the plurality of first ring walls, each of the second ring walls is sleeved outside and matched with a respective one of the first ring walls to form a support structure that supports the first plate and the second plate.
Introduced in a system for connecting refrigerant fluid discharge tubes to cylinder caps of hermetic compressors, and corresponding process of performing thereof
A connecting device includes a substantially cylindrical or tubular body provided, at one of its ends, with an outer perimeter projection and co-operative with a duct of channel of a cylinder cap. The device is preferably producible with steel aluminum alloy, or another metal alloy with similar structural and thermal properties mainly due to the stresses it may suffer during use. The device is configured to be able to absorb tolerance variations and to have a resilience capable of providing resistance at the time when a connection undergoes mechanical stresses of performance, especially torsion.

Introduced in a System for Connecting Refrigerant Fluid Discharge Tubes to Cylinder Caps of Hermetic Compressors, and Corresponding Process of Performing Thereof
The present invention belongs to the technological field of compressors for cooling systems and, according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the connecting device a substantially cylindrical or tubular body provided, at one of its ends, with an outer perimetral projection and co-operative with a duct or channel of a cylinder cap, wherein, preferably, the device will be produced with steel, aluminum alloy, or other metal alloy with similar structural and thermal properties, mainly due to the stresses it may suffer during use and to be able to absorb the tolerance variations and to have a resilience capable of providing resistance at the time the connection undergoes mechanical stresses of performance—especially torsion.
METHOD TO PRODUCE A CONNECTION FOR AN EQUIPMENT PART OF A VEHICLE
A method for producing a connection, including the steps of: providing a connecting part and a retaining part; making a cut-out in the retaining part, wherein a plane is created by the cut-out; turning a deformation region of the retaining part surrounding the cut-out out of the plane such that the cut-out is enlarged and a seat is produced; arranging the connecting part in the cut-out; and forming the deformation region back in the direction of the plane such that the cut-out is reduced in size and the retaining part is connected at least force-fittingly to the connecting part.
HORIZONTAL EXPANDING MACHINE
A horizontal expanding machine, including a support frame defining a horizontal expanding axis (A), at least one guide associated with said frame and parallel to said expanding axis (A), at least one carriage moveable along said guide, a plurality of expanding shafts able to be associated with said carriage and arranged along said expanding axis (A). The machine includes automatic selection means of the expanding shafts adapted for selectively positioning said shafts on said carriage.

Method of forming assembly between panel and tube
A method of forming an assembly between a panel and a tube includes forming a hole in the panel, where a diameter of the hole is smaller than an outer diameter of the tube, and preforming a first end of the tube to conceal the hole of the panel. A diameter of the preformed portion is greater than the diameter of the hole and the outer diameter of the tube. The method further includes aligning a second end of the tube with the hole of the panel, followed by inserting the tube into the hole by application of axial force on the tube until the preformed first end of the tube abuts a periphery of the hole of the panel. The method also includes achieving an interference fit between the hole of the panel and the tube.
