The first plate and the second plate stand on the arrangement portion in a state in which the first plate is fitted in the first groove and the second plate is fitted in the second groove.

The reflected light detection unit includes a light-emitting unit and a light-receiving unit, and the control unit is configured to detect the rolling direction of the can lid based on change information on a change in light intensity of the reflected light reflected by the can lid to rotate, the information being obtained by the rolling direction detection unit.
