Method for manufacturing bicycle crank
A method for manufacturing a bicycle crank is revealed. After being extended, bent and forged, an aluminum alloy pipe becomes an L-shaped part formed by a cylindrical crankshaft portion and an oval crank portion integrally connected to each other. A plug is inserted into an outer end of the crank portion while a periphery of an outer end of the crankshaft portion is punched to form a shaft-connecting portion. An assembling hole is arranged at the outer end of the crank portion, corresponding to the plug. Thus a bicycle crank is produced. Thereby not only the assembly of the bicycle crank is easier and more convenient, the structural strength of the bicycle crank is increased effectively to against vibrations and impacts. The bicycle is lightweight and the bicycle crank is more streamlined so that consumers are attracted. Thereby the market competitiveness is increased.

DROP-OUT MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF BICYCLE FRAME
A drop-out mounting structure of a bicycle frame to inhibit a drop-out member from being separated from the bicycle frame is disclosed. The drop-out mounting structure of the bicycle frame for mounting a drop-out member as a wheel mounting unit to a drop-out mounting unit of a bicycle frame through a bolt may include an assembly slot formed at the drop-out mounting unit to insert the drop-out member inside the drop-out mounting unit and a stopper unit formed at an upper end part of the drop-out member with a length that is longer than an opening end of the assembly slot.

INCREASING THE INTERNAL PIVOT RADII FOR ANGLE-JOINED MOTORCYCLE HANDLE BARS
A motorcycle metal handle bar assembly for receiving a length of an internally routed wire harness assembly. The motorcycle metal handle bar assembly includes a first pipe having a first open end defined by a first angled cut, wherein the first open end defines a first periphery; a second pipe having a second open end defined by a second angled cut, wherein the second open end defines a second periphery; a joint at an interface of the first open end and the second open end, wherein at least one of the first open end and the second open end is flared.
Machine for repairing motorcycle rims
A machine for repairing motorcycle rims includes a frame, straightening devices having actuators for straightening deformations of the rim displaceable by the frame, a vertical support shaft adjustable with respect to the frame structure, configured to support the rim. The machine also includes a head base coupleable to an intermediate bedplate of the frame, a head rotatably coupleable to the head base, configured to rotate freely or actuated by transmission means, locking units adjacent to the head, configured to lock the rotation of the head, a fastening device coupleable to the head, configured to, in combination with the vertical support shaft, fasten the rim crossing through and/or resting on a hub of the rim; and a machining device mounted in a movable manner in the frame, configured to machine the rim.
LOCKING ARM OF A CARRIER CONNECTING ROD AND METHOD FOR MAKING THE SAME
A method for manufacturing a locking arm of a carrier connecting rod includes four steps to press a metal sheet via a first stamping die and a second stamping die to form the metal sheet to include a front section, a bent middle section and a rear section. A stopper is formed to the front section, and a recessed area is formed to one side of the bent middle section. A positioning hole is defined through a center of the recessed area. A guide surface is formed to the bent middle section opposite to the recessed area. The locking arm is pivotably connected to the extendable tube of the carrier connecting rod, and the protrusion of the spring member in the extendable tube is guided by the guide surface to be retractably engaged with the positioning hole. The locking arm is manufactured at low cost and has better structural strength.
Rear shock tram gauge
A motorcycle frame rack enables a motorcycle frame to be repaired without removing many components from the motorcycle. A motorcycle is positioned on the motorcycle frame rack, secured in place and then the frame is adjusted using chains coupled to towers. A self-centering laser measuring system is able to be used to analyze and measure damage to the motorcycle frame.
SIDE-STAND FOR MOTORCYCLE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A side-stand for a motorcycle enables both improvement in appearance and weight reduction by using a tapered pipe member. A side-stand for a motorcycle includes an elongate portion having a hollow structure, and a grounding portion. An outer shape of the elongate portion is tapered in appearance toward the grounding portion and, in a state in which the side-stand is unfolded, the elongate portion looks thinner as a whole in a side view than in a front view of a vehicle body. The elongate portion has a wall thickness on the distal end side equivalent to or smaller than a wall thickness on a proximal end side. The elongate portion is formed by increasing a diameter of a distal end side inner peripheral portion of a round pipe member by cutting, and then swaging an outer peripheral portion to reduce the diameter and obtain a tapered shape.
