Vehicle seat structure
A vehicle seat structure including: a seat cushion on which a vehicle occupant sits; a seat back that supports a back portion of the vehicle occupant while sitting on the seat cushion in a seat deployed state, the seat deployed state being a state in which the vehicle occupant is able to sit on the seat cushion; and a seat deploying/retracting mechanism that enables the seat cushion and the seat back to slide in a vehicle up-down direction, and that, in a seat retracted state in which the seat cushion and the seat back are retracted, enables the seat cushion and the seat back to be placed in the vehicle up-down direction such that the seat cushion stands upright, and the seat back is placed at an upper side of the seat cushion.

SELF-RETRACTABLE STEP
A self-retractable step for assisting a user in elevating him or herself above a floor, is disclosed. The self-retractable step comprises a self-retractable foot member and a cylindrical assembly coupled with the self-retractable foot member. The foot member is configured to move from one position to another position. The cylindrical assembly comprises a rotary member, one or more spring members and a protuberance member. The rotary member is configured to move the foot member to a predetermined position. Further, the spring members coupled to the rotary member is configured to self-retract the foot member from the predetermined position. The protuberance member disposed at the cylindrical assembly is configured to act as a stopper to hold the foot member in a predetermined position on retraction by the spring members. The self-retractable step further comprises a load bearing member at a base of the foot member.
Modular walls incorporating recessed, extendable furniture
A modular wall includes a plurality of inter-connectable and interchangeable wall modules. At least one of the wall modules includes a recessed, extendable piece of furniture, such as a bed, desk, table, work surface or chair. When in a closed configuration, the furniture folds into or otherwise resides within a recessed pocket in the modular wall. When in the closed configuration, the outer surface of the furniture forms an exterior surface of the wall module; thereby, concealing the furniture seamlessly into the modular wall. The exterior surface can comprise one or more exterior interchangeable tiles.

Heated and cooled seat for locker
An improved locker seat includes a pair of spaced-apart upstanding sidewalls having a pair of lateral edges. A generally horizontal seat is disposed between the lateral edges of the sidewalls. In a first mode, an air source is connected to an airway formed within the seat to create an airflow. The airflow from the air source creates a first temperature differential to cool the seat. In a second mode, an external or internal heat source provides heat to a top surface of the seat, creating a second temperature differential to heat the seat. The first and second temperature differential are distributed across the top surface of the seat. The seat is hinged to be movable about the hinge between an open and a closed position.
FOLDABLE ARTICULATED STRUCTURE, PARTICULARLY FOR SUPPORTING A SEAT OR BEARING SURFACE
A foldable articulated structure for supporting a seat or a bearing surface includes a first bracket which can be fastened to a wall and a second bracket which can be associated with a seat or a bearing surface. A first arm has a first end hinged to a first portion of the first bracket and a second end hinged to a first portion of the second bracket. A second arm has a first end hinged to a second portion of the first bracket and a second end hinged to a second portion of the second bracket. The foldable articulated structure is movable from a closed configuration in which the second bracket lies on a plane substantially parallel to the plane of the wall, to an open configuration in which the second bracket lies on a plane substantially orthogonal to the plane of the wall.
