A casting device capable of manufacturing products in a short cycle time; and a casting method using this casting device. The casting device includes: a pressurized furnace; a mold having a cavity formed therein; a stalk; at least a first hot water tap in a cylindrical shape connecting the cavity and an end of the stalk on the downstream side in the molten metal filling direction and guiding the molten metal supplied to the stalk to inside the cavity; and a filter member provided in the first hot water tap. The filter member includes a flange extending along the extension direction of the first hot water tap and abutting an inner wall surface of the first hot water tap. A coolant passage having coolant flowing therethrough is provided in the vicinity of the inner wall surface.
Casting device and casting method
A casting device capable of manufacturing products in a short cycle time; and a casting method using this casting device. The casting device includes: a pressurized furnace; a mold having a cavity formed therein; a stalk; at least a first hot water tap in a cylindrical shape connecting the cavity and an end of the stalk on the downstream side in the molten metal filling direction and guiding the molten metal supplied to the stalk to inside the cavity; and a filter member provided in the first hot water tap. The filter member includes a flange extending along the extension direction of the first hot water tap and abutting an inner wall surface of the first hot water tap. A coolant passage having coolant flowing therethrough is provided in the vicinity of the inner wall surface.
CASTING METHOD, AND CASTING DEVICE
According to a casting method, a molten metal is sustained at a sustain position between a casting and the next casting, and the molten metal flow is divided from one pouring gate (44) to a plurality of sprue runners (46 and 47) in the casting. The sprue runners (46 and 47) are branched by a V-shaped portion (45) in a V-shape, and the sustain position of the molten metal is set above (any one of P1, P2 and P4) the V-shaped portion (45). The V-shaped portion (45) is filled with the molten metal while a repeated casting is carried out.
Method for casting a melt of a metal material, and casting device designed for carrying out the method
The invention relates to a method and a device for casting a melt 4 of a metallic material by means of a furnace 2 of a low pressure casting device, which furnace 2 has a receiving space 3 and a riser tube protruding into said receiving space 3. By pressurizing the receiving space 3 with compressed air, the melt 4 in the riser tube 12 of the furnace 2 is pressed into a mold cavity 10 of a mold 7, wherein simultaneously, a magnetic field acting against the conveying direction 23 of the melt 4 is applied to the melt 4 of the metallic material by means of a magnetic element 16 arranged in the region of the riser tube 12.
Method for casting a melt of a metal material, and casting device designed for carrying out the method
The invention relates to a method and a device for casting a melt 4 of a metallic material by means of a furnace 2 of a low pressure casting device, which furnace 2 has a receiving space 3 and a riser tube protruding into said receiving space 3. By pressurizing the receiving space 3 with compressed air, the melt 4 in the riser tube 12 of the furnace 2 is pressed into a mold cavity 10 of a mold 7, wherein simultaneously, a magnetic field acting against the conveying direction 23 of the melt 4 is applied to the melt 4 of the metallic material by means of a magnetic element 16 arranged in the region of the riser tube 12.
Arrangement for Low-Pressure Casting of Refractory Metals
The present invention relates to an arrangement for low-pressure casting of refractory metals, with a furnace chamber with one or a plurality of gas supply openings (6) and gas outlet openings (7), and a riser pipe (8) through a cover (5) of the furnace chamber, a melting container (3, 12) for the refractory metals arranged in the furnace chamber, and a heating device for heating the refractory metals in the melting container (3, 12). In the proposed arrangement, the melting container (3, 12) is formed as an exchangeable insert for a receiving mould (2) supporting the melting container (3, 12), which is arranged in the furnace chamber, wherein a thermally insulating layer (4, 17) is formed between the receiving mould (2) and the melting container (3, 12), or is integrated into the melting container (3, 12). With the proposed arrangement, a quick and easy exchange of the melting container for different alloys can also be carried out in the low-pressure casting of refractory metals.

The present invention is related to a method for centering a pouring tube in a pouring tube assembly using a multi-piece centering sleeve by inserting a pouring tube into a holding casting aperture in a holding casting; pouring grout to fill a portion of a gap between the pouring tube and the holding casting; slipping the centering sleeve over the outside of the pouring tube until it is press fit in a portion of the gap between the pouring tube and the holding casting; adjusting the centering sleeve to center-position the pouring tube; grouting the remainder of the gap to fill all voids in the gap; installing a parting ring on top of the holding casting; and installing a holding ring around the holding casting and parting ring.

The invention relates to an apparatus for the casting of cast parts according to the permanent mold casting method comprising: a pivotable retaining element (9) for holding a permanent mold (13, 16) a furnace (11) which may be connected to a low-pressure permanent mold (13) in such a way that melt may be fed to the low-pressure permanent mold (13) in accordance with the low-pressure process, and a melt feed device (17) by which melt may be fed to a gravity permanent mold (16), wherein the gravity permanent mold (16) may be mounted on the retaining element (9).
