The invention relates to an apparatus for the casting of cast parts according to the permanent mold casting method comprising: a pivotable retaining element (9) for holding a permanent mold (13, 16) a furnace (11) which may be connected to a low-pressure permanent mold (13) in such a way that melt may be fed to the low-pressure permanent mold (13) in accordance with the low-pressure process, and a melt feed device (17) by which melt may be fed to a gravity permanent mold (16), wherein the gravity permanent mold (16) may be mounted on the retaining element (9).
Low-pressure casting device
Provided is a low-pressure casting device whereby maintenance of an intermediate stoke can be facilitated. The present invention provides a low-pressure casting device having: a crucible inside which molten metal is stored; a stoke body which is inserted in the crucible and which supplies molten metal into a cavity of a die; and an intermediate stoke for connecting a sprue of the die and the stoke body; wherein the intermediate stoke has an inner, an intermediate stoke body for retaining the inner in the inside thereof, and a cover for covering the outside of the intermediate stoke body via a heat insulating part, a heater accommodating groove is formed in a side surface of the intermediate stoke body, and a heater is attached to the heater accommodating groove.
Low-pressure casting device
Provided is a low-pressure casting device whereby maintenance of an intermediate stoke can be facilitated. The present invention provides a low-pressure casting device having: a crucible inside which molten metal is stored; a stoke body which is inserted in the crucible and which supplies molten metal into a cavity of a die; and an intermediate stoke for connecting a sprue of the die and the stoke body; wherein the intermediate stoke has an inner, an intermediate stoke body for retaining the inner in the inside thereof, and a cover for covering the outside of the intermediate stoke body via a heat insulating part, a heater accommodating groove is formed in a side surface of the intermediate stoke body, and a heater is attached to the heater accommodating groove.

An apparatus for low-pressure casting of metallic products includes at least one forming die which is provided with a cavity which is adapted to receive a molten metallic mass. The forming die includes at least two parts which can move between an open configuration, in which they are mutually spaced apart, and a closed configuration, in which together they define the cavity, the forming die being supported and moved by a manipulator with multiple degrees of freedom, which has movable parts that are actuated by electric motor components driven by a control unit.

An apparatus for low-pressure casting of metallic products includes at least one forming die which is provided with a cavity which is adapted to receive a molten metallic mass. The forming die includes at least two parts which can move between an open configuration, in which they are mutually spaced apart, and a closed configuration, in which together they define the cavity, the forming die being supported and moved by a manipulator with multiple degrees of freedom, which has movable parts that are actuated by electric motor components driven by a control unit.
TILT CASTING APPARATUS AND TILT CASTING METHOD
The present disclosure relates to a tilt casting mold, a tilt casting apparatus, and a tilt casting method that can manufacture a molded product with a small quality difference without compensation for contraction of molten metal by forming a riser on a tilt casing mold and pressing the riser. According to an embodiment, there is provided a tilt casting mold that includes a cope and a drag, in which when the cope and the drag are combined, a predetermined cavity is formed therein and a riser is formed on a side of the cavity; a pouring cup is coupled to a surface having the riser of the drag; molten material is poured in the pouring cup and then the molten metal in the pouring cup is injected into the cavity by tilting the mold assembly composed of the cope, the drag, and the pouring cup.

A low-pressure casting bottom mold for an aluminum alloy hub is provided. METHOD FOR PRODUCING IRON METAL CASTINGS
A method for producing iron metal castings, wherein an expendable mold having a cavity for holding casting material is inserted into an opened multi-part permanent mold, the permanent mold is closed, the cavity is filled with casting material, wherein a supporting device partially protruding into the cavity is partially overcast, the expendable mold is cooled in the permanent mold after the filling, the permanent mold is opened during the cooling, after the liquidus temperature has been fallen below at the earliest, and the expendable mold is nondestructively removed from the permanent mold together with the casting, the expendable mold is further cooled together with the solidified casting while hanging on the supporting device, at least until the microstructure formation of the casting is concluded, the casting is demolded by removing the expendable mold.
