ASSEMBLY CHAIR
An assembly chair includes a seat frame, a back frame and two armrests. The seat frame is rotatably connected to the back frame. The seat frame is respectively clamped with the two armrests. The two armrests are fixedly connected to the back frame via a hand bolt. The assembly chair is simple to assemble, and may be assembled by a manpower without the help of an assembly tool; and the consumption time is short, and the assembly efficiency is improved obviously.
FURNITURE SPRING SYSTEM
A furniture spring system, configured to provide a seating surface. The furniture spring system comprising a lid comprising a frame. The frame comprising two opposing frame members and a retention member associated with at least one of the two opposing frame members, a slat extending between the two opposing frame members, the slat comprising an elongate body having a first end and a second end and a catch disposed at the first end or second end, wherein the catch engages the retention member to retain the slat to the frame and the catch is configured to slide back-and-forth relative to the retention member as a portion of the elongate body between the first end and the second end elastically flexes downward and upward in response to forces intermittently pushing downward on the slat during use.
FURNITURE STORAGE BASE
A modular furniture assembly includes a transverse member and a base member. The base member includes a base frame having a bottom panel and side panels, each of the side panels having an upper chamfered edge. The base member also includes a storage cavity at least partially defined by the bottom panel and the side panels and a lid configured to be selectively mounted on the base frame such that the lid covers the storage cavity.
MOLDED MANUFACTURING FOR MODULAR FURNITURE
A method for manufacturing a furniture frame using molding techniques. A structural base is molded to create the base structure for modular furniture. Cushioning material is secured on the base structure of the modular furniture and layer(s) of upholstery material are applied over the cushioning material secured on the base structure.
Method and apparatus for cushioning the joint between adjoining pieces of furniture
Method and apparatus for a device for cushioning the joint between two pieces of modular sectional furniture. The device has a top plate connected by a resilient member to a base support plate so that the base support plate can support the movable top plate so that when a user sits down on a piece of furniture made of individual joining sectional members the user will not feel discomfort from the space between the two pieces of furniture. The device is installed over adjacent frame members of the furniture.
Modular seating apparatus and corresponding systems
A device (100) includes a substantially planar portion (101) defining a seat (106). One or more legs (110,111,112,113) are coupled to, and support, the seat. The seat includes a first seat edge (104) defining a bench receiver (122) that is selectively attachable to a seat receiver (422) of a bench (400) to extend the substantially planar portion along a plane (107) defined by the substantially planar portion by a predefined additional width (601).
UNITARY COMPONENT FOR SECTIONAL SEATING APPARATUS
A frame for a unitary component of a sectional seating apparatus having a corner portion having a foundation and an elongate lateral portion having a foundation, interconnected by a longitudinal foundation member extending along a back side of the foundations and a transverse foundation member commonly supporting a side edge of the corner portion and supporting a side edge of the lateral portion intermediate opposing ends of the unitary component.
Knock-down Furniture, Chairs and Couches
Knock-down furniture is relatively easy to assemble and disassemble for use, storage and transporting. A knock-down chair may be assembled from multiple panels removably connected together by releasable joints. The multiple panels may include a seat member, a back-support member, a side support member, and at least one other support member. Two similarly constructed knock-down chairs may be connected by a center connector to produce a knock-down couch.
ELECTRONIC FURNITURE SYSTEMS WITH INTEGRATED INDUCTION CHARGER
A furniture system including a base and transverse member, with an induction charger provided in the transverse member and/or base, hidden from view and feel, embedded, e.g., at least 10 mm below the charging surface. In an embodiment, the transverse member includes a frame having an upper panel and an induction charger elastically secured at least partially above the upper panel such that the induction charger is elastically pushed down toward or through the upper panel when a force is exerted downward onto the induction charger. The induction charger elastically yields downward or otherwise toward or into the furniture system in response to loads, such as loads from sitting on the induction charger, to prevent damage thereto. The induction charger can elastically yield as such and still be positioned close enough to the surface of the furniture system to effectively charge electronic devices placed thereon.
Modular Patio Furniture Assembly and Tool-Free Method of Assemblage
A modular patio furniture assembly and tool-free method of assemblage includes at least one outdoor club chair, at least one patio sofa, and a garden table. The patio furniture includes multiple panels, legs, feet, and cushions that detachably attach through a series of strategically positioned pegs and hooks at their edges. These connecting pegs and hooks detachably mate with corresponding cavities and slots at the edges of the panels and the termini of the legs and feet in a sliding, friction fit locking relationship. The snap, friction-fit connectivity of the connectors can be accomplished by a non-skilled user with no tools. In this manner, the furniture assembly permits rapid assembly, disassembly, and reassembly to put together a variety of furniture configurations. The assemblage of the patio furniture requires no tools to assemble and can be carried out at a location remote from the factory where the patio furniture is manufactured.
