CASTING DEVICE
A casting apparatus according to the present disclosure includes an upper frame, a lower frame, a main link member, a sub-link member and a lifting/lowering mechanism. The upper mold is attached to the upper frame. The lower frame is disposed in parallel with the upper frame. The lower mold is attached to the lower frame. A top end part of the main link member is rotatably connected to the upper frame and a bottom end part thereof is rotatably connected to the lower frame. The sub-link member is disposed in parallel with the main link member, the top end part thereof is rotatably connected to the upper frame and the bottom end part thereof is rotatably connected to the lower frame. The lifting/lowering mechanism causes the sub-link member to lift or lower with respect to the main link member.
Casting device
A casting apparatus includes an upper frame, a lower frame, an opening/closing mechanism, a first main link member, a first sub-link member, a drive unit, a base frame and a retracting mechanism. The first main link member is provided with a first rotating shaft at a central part thereof. The first sub-link member is disposed in parallel with the first main link member. The first sub-link member is provided with a first bearing at a central part thereof. The drive unit is connected to the first rotating shaft and causes the first main link member to rotate around the first rotating shaft. The base frame includes a second rotating shaft. The second rotating shaft rotatably supports the first sub-link member via the first bearing with the first bearing placed thereon. The retracting mechanism causes the second rotating shaft to retract.
Method for tilt casting and tilt casting device
A method for the tilt casting of a component from light metal, in particular of an aluminum alloy, uses a tilt casting mold having a mold cavity. The melt is continuously poured directly into the casting run of the tilt casting mold, which forms the sprue of the component, at the beginning of and during the tilting movement of the tilt casting mold, using a casting ladle or a casting scoop, and flows through the casting run into the mold cavity of the tilt casting mold from the beginning, wherein the casting ladle or the casting scoop continuously tracks the casting mold during the tilting movement.
Casting device and emergency stop method
A casting apparatus includes a first drive unit closing or opening an upper mold and a lower mold, a second drive unit tilting the closed upper mold and lower mold, an optical sensor and a control unit. When the optical sensor detects an object during a casting period after molten metal is supplied to the upper mold and the lower mold tilted by the second drive unit until the molten metal is cooled, the control unit does not shut off power supplies to the first drive unit and the second drive unit, causes the first drive unit to continue mold closing and causes the second drive unit to hold the tilting position.
Clean cell environment roll-over electric induction casting furnace system
A clean cell environment for a continuous roll-over electric induction batch casting furnace system is provided where each combination of batch charge, for example an ingot, induction melting (ingot-melt) process and mold-pour process are performed in a clean cell environment and each combination ingot-melt and mold-pour process is traceable as to the identity of the specific ingot, or other charge form (composition) and the mold (fabrication identifier).

Plaster casting mold fabrication method for a complicated structure aluminum alloy casting with a large inner cavity and a thin wall
The application provides a plaster casting mold fabrication method for a complicated structure aluminum alloy casting with a large inner cavity and a thin wall, in which, a wax pattern is cleaned with a mixture; closed blind cavity and large plane unbeneficial to plaster mold-filling of the wax pattern are used to exhaust air by using vent holes and waterproof-breathable membranes in cooperation with each other; under pressure difference, plaster powder and mixed aqueous solution are vertically splashed and mixed in a mixing tank to reduce dust discharge; asynchronous mixing and grouting can be realized by left and right mixing tanks in an upper tank of a vacuum tank. The present application can effectively remove the surface parting agent, increase the wettability of the plaster paste and the wax pattern surface, and improve the surface finish of the casting mold.

COATED SAND, PRODUCTION METHOD FOR SAME, AND PRODUCTION METHOD FOR CASTING MOLD
Provided are: a coated sand having improved fluidity and being capable of improving a filling rate of a casting mold to be obtained; and a coated sand for advantageously manufacturing a casting mold having excellent strength, which coated sand provides a casting mold with good mold-releasability and collapsibility, gives cast products a favorable casting surface, and effectively improves sand adhesion on cast products. The coated sand is formed as a dry granular material having fluidity at room temperature, in which the surface of a refractory aggregate is coated with a solid layer of a water-soluble inorganic binder, and spherical particles of silicone resin having binder-repellency exist on the surface of the binder layer, or form a layer on the surface of the binder layer, a part of the spherical particles being not covered with the water-soluble inorganic binder and being exposed.
