An electrical bed is provided. The electrical bed includes a frame, a plurality of bed plates, a first connector and a first driving unit. The frame includes a plurality of bed stands, and the bed plates are arranged on the bed stands. The first connector includes a first rotating member, a first connecting arm, a first transmission bar and a second connecting arm. The first rotating member is pivotally connected with the first connecting arm, and the first connecting arm is sleeved with the first transmission bar and fixed relative to each other, and the second connecting arm is sleeved with the first transmission bar and fixed relative to each other. The first driving unit is arranged to drive the first transmission bar to rotate and adjust one of the bed plates.

A transmission device for lifting a sickbed is fixed on a head mounting or a bed end of the sickbed and contains: a gear seat, a cover, a power input assembly, and a power output assembly. The gear seat includes a first conduit, a second conduit, a first opening, and a receiving orifice. The cover is covered on the first opening of the gear seat. The power input assembly includes an input shaft and a first bevel gear. The power output assembly includes an output shaft, a second bevel gear, and a support element. The support element is rotatably connected with the output shaft. The support element has multiple reinforcement ribs surrounding around an outer wall of the support element and configured to abut against an abutting fence of the second conduit, and the second bevel gear meshes with the first bevel gear.

A patient transport apparatus comprises support structure. The support structure comprises a base, a support frame, and a patient support deck. A headboard and a footboard are coupled to the support structure. The support frame comprises a head section and a body section, the body section coupled to the patient support deck. The patient support deck comprises a patient support surface capable of articulating relative to the support frame. The head section is movable relative to the body section to define first and second configurations of the support frame, the support frame having a first footprint in the first configuration and a second footprint, smaller than the first footprint, in the second configuration.

A patient transport apparatus comprises support structure. The support structure comprises a base, a support frame, and a patient support deck. A headboard and a footboard are coupled to the support structure. The support frame comprises a head section and a body section, the body section coupled to the patient support deck. The patient support deck comprises a patient support surface capable of articulating relative to the support frame. The head section is movable relative to the body section to define first and second configurations of the support frame, the support frame having a first footprint in the first configuration and a second footprint, smaller than the first footprint, in the second configuration.

Furniture spring systems are configured to provide support for different sized modular seating systems and/or modular bed systems. Slats extend between opposing frame or rail members to provide support to the seating or bed system. The slats have a catch disposed at a first or second end. In the seating and/or bed frame systems, the catch engages a retention member to retain the slat to the frame or rail. Adjustable bed frame systems employing such slats comprise modular bed frames and adjustable head boards and foot boards. Bed frames employing the slats and headboards/footboards thereof adjust in length or width in a variety of different manners. Adjustable bed frames adjust through the use of telescoping members, filler blocks and/or elongate end blocks that have different sizes from the standard uniform elongate support blocks employed in a bed frame.

Furniture spring systems are configured to provide support for different sized modular seating systems and/or modular bed systems. A system for adjusting the incline of a bed is provided. The bed inclining system includes a base frame mountable to an end of an existing bed or bed frame, wherein the base frame can support a mid-section of the bed in an inclined configuration to prevent a non-planar sleeping surface. A lifting assembly extends from the base frame and can raise and lower a bed support, such that the bed is moveable between a level configuration and a raised configuration. In the level configuration, the bed is in a horizontal position and in the raised configuration, the end of the bed is raised from a floor surface, whereas an opposite end of the bed remains on the floor surface. The bed support extends from the base frame and can support the end of the bed in both the level configuration and the inclined configuration.

A passive adjustable frame acts as an edge “spacer” around the peripheral bottom edge of the mattress positioned between the bottom of the mattress and an underlying support, such as a box spring, slats, platform etc. The spacer has an angled upper surface which creates a gap into which bedding may be more easily tucked without lifting the mattress. The spacer may be adjustable in length and width so that the peripheral length and width dimensions that are roughly the same size as the mattress with which the frame is being used and it is thus universally adaptable to multiple different standard mattress sizes.

A transmission device of a hospital bed, the hospital bed includes a body, a head, and a bed end. The transmission device contains: a main motor, a connection rod unit, and a driver. The main motor is disposed on a bottom of the body and includes a socket. The connection rod unit includes a first fixing rod connected to the head and a second fixing rod connected to the bed end. The driver is mounted on the main motor and includes an accommodation space, a driving motor, a reducer, a power cable, and a drive shaft. The first case has a first coupling orifice, and the second case has a second coupling orifice. The power cable is connected between the socket and the driving motor so as to supply a power to the driving motor and to lift or descend the head and the bed end synchronously.
