ONE-HANDED POWER-TOOL BATTERY EJECTION APPARATUS
Devices and mechanisms are disclosed for a simple ejection of the battery-pack from a power-tool with one hand only. The disclosed lock and release mechanisms primarily use one finger while the same hand of the user holds the power-tool. The claimed devices and mechanisms accept and eject two categories of batteries that either slideably attach to the bottom of the power-tool or are inserted into the handle of the power-tool.
POWER-TOOL ACCEPTING TWO BATTERY TYPES
Devices and mechanisms are disclosed for a simple ejection of the battery-pack from a power-tool with one hand only. The disclosed lock and release mechanisms primarily use one finger while the same hand of the user holds the power-tool. The claimed devices and mechanisms accept and eject two categories of batteries that either slideably attach to the bottom of the power-tool or are inserted into the handle of the power-tool.
WALL HANGING SYSTEM
A tool hanging system including a first tool having a first mount receiving portion and a second tool having a second mount receiving portion. A first mounting attachment is engaged with the first mount receiving portion and a second mounting attachment engaged with the second mount receiving portion. The tool hanging system further includes a wall panel. The first mounting attachment can hang on the wall panel so that the first tool is hung on the wall panel and the second mounting attachment can hang on the wall panel so that the second tool is hung on the wall panel.
ROTARY POWER TOOL
A core drill includes a housing, a first handle extending from the housing and defining a gap between the handle and the housing, a motor supported within the housing, and a battery removably coupled to the housing and configured to provide power to the motor. The battery has an output voltage greater than 40 volts. The core drill further includes a spindle configured to rotate about a rotational axis in response to torque received from the motor and a fluid delivery system configured to supply fluid to the spindle. The fluid delivery system includes a valve operable to regulate a flow of fluid to the spindle and an auxiliary handle removably coupleable to the housing at each of a first mounting point and a second mounting point.
CENTER POINT DRILL AND CENTER POINT DRILL ATTACHMENT
A newly configured centerpoint drill and a drill attachment device that can be attached to a conventional cordless drill include configurations that require a user's hand to be in direct alignment with the keyless chuck of the drill to enable a user or operator to apply maximum pressure or force during use of a drill to reduce time and effort spent by a user/operator.
RECIPROCATING TOOL
A reciprocating tool includes a motor, a reciprocating member, and a crank mechanism. The motor is disposed in a housing. The reciprocating member projects from the housing. The crank mechanism converts rotation of a rotation shaft of the motor into reciprocation of the reciprocating member. The crank mechanism rotates around an axis in a lateral direction by rotation transmission from the rotation shaft, and the crank mechanism includes a crank member having an eccentric pin, a connecting rod coupling the eccentric pin to the reciprocating member, and a balancer coupled to the eccentric pin, and the balancer is supported by the eccentric pin alone in the housing.
POWER TOOL AND A TRANSMISSION THEREFOR
A power tool including a housing and a motor mounted in the housing having a drive shaft. A transmission is mounted in the housing having an input shaft operatively coupled to the drive shaft of the motor and an output shaft operatively coupled to a tool holder. The transmission includes at least a first gear and a second gear configured to transmit torque from the motor to the tool holder. A first part of the transmission is mounted within a first grease chamber and a second part of the transmission is mounted within a second grease chamber.
POWER TOOL AND A TRANSMISSION THEREFOR
A power tool includes a motor having a drive shaft and a transmission having an input shaft operatively coupled to the drive shaft of the motor and an output shaft operatively coupled to a tool holder. The transmission includes at least a first gear and a second gear. A gear selection key is moveable between a first position and a second position and configured to engage the first gear to the output shaft in the first position such that the torque is transmitted from the motor to the tool holder via the first gear and configured to engage the second gear to the output shaft in the second position such that the torque is transmitted from the motor to the tool holder via the second gear. The first position and the second position are separated by a distance greater than a width of the gear selection key.
Machine Tool Operating Device
In one embodiment a power-tool operating device includes an operating unit that can be actuated by an operator. The power-tool operating device further includes an electronic unit to switch at least one energy supply of a drive unit based on the actuation of the operating element. The electronic unit has a locking switching function and a dead-man's switching function that can be selected at least partly automatically based on at least one of an actuation characteristic quantity of the operating element and sensed sensor characteristic quantity.
