Packaging structure of folding bed and packaging method thereof
The invention discloses a packaging structure of a folding bed and a packaging method thereof. The packaging structure includes a folding bedstead including at least three unit frames, the adjacent unit frames are mutually hinged, and a mattress capable of being rolled up. When the folding bedstead is packaged, a space for receiving the rolled mattress is formed by the unit frames. The packaging method includes the following steps: S1, folding the unit frames of the folding bedstead to form a space; S2, rolling up the mattress and putting the rolled mattress into a space formed by the unit frame; S3, putting the folded folding bedstead into the box. The invention method allows for the most space efficient packing possible thereby reducing the amount of space occupied by the bed and reducing transportation costs.
Foldable, stand-alone mattress with internal spring system
An internal spring system resiliently supports a mattress in an item of furniture. The spring system includes a system of sinuous springs arranged between upper and lower wire grids. A movable extender assembly is mounted on the grids to accommodate a longitudinal shift between the upper and lower grids during folding of the spring system between open and closed positions.
Spring bed with quick assembly and disassembly
A spring bed with quick assembly and disassembly includes two cross bars, a plurality of vertical bars, a plurality of springs, and a plurality of fixing bases. The two cross bars and the vertical bars are parallel arranged with spacing. The two ends of the vertical bars are detachably assembled to the two cross bars. Each vertical bar is disposed with a plurality of fixing bases. The springs are detachably assembled to the fixing bases. Two ends of the vertical bar are detachably connected to the two cross bars.
MODULAR ELECTRIC BEDSTEAD
A modular electric bedstead includes an upper body supporting unit having a front base, a back supporting rack pivotally connected with the front base, and a front actuator pivotally connected between the front base and the back supporting rack, a lower body supporting unit having a rear base, a thigh supporting rack pivotally connected with the rear base, a lower leg supporting rack pivotally connected with the thigh supporting rack, and a rear actuator pivotally connected between the rear base and the thigh supporting rack, and a buttock supporting unit having two middle bases and a buttock supporting rack detachably and across disposed on the two middle bases. Each middle base has front and rear ends detachably connected with the front and rear bases, respectively. The bedstead is dismantlable to reduce the space occupied and can be flatly packed for facilitating transportation.
ELECTRIC BED PACKAGE
An electric bed package includes a bedstead and a packing member. The bedstead includes an upper body supporting unit, a lower body supporting unit and a buttock supporting unit, which all have a flat shape. The upper and lower body supporting units are parallel stacked in a way that the buttock supporting unit is arranged by a lateral side of a stack of the upper and lower body supporting units and the buttock supporting unit is approximately perpendicular to the upper body supporting unit. The packing member packs and retains the bedstead therein. The electric bed package has a reduced volume, facilitating transportation thereof.
COMPRESSIBLE FOAM FOUNDATION FOR MATTRESS SUPPORT
A foundation for a mattress is formed from one or more single-layer, unitary foam blocks with supports that extend across each foam block's bottom side. The supports provide crosswise support across a bed frame and can be directly attached to the foam block or may be provided in a kit or separately sourced. The foam block is rigid enough to support a mattress and is compressible so it has a compressed configuration and an expanded configuration, and its bottom side may have channels for the supports. In the compressed configuration, the foundation may be folded and vacuum-sealed in a plastic membrane which provides benefits for storing, shipping, and delivering the foundation. When the foundation is delivered to its place of use, the compressed foundation is removed from its packaging, allowing the foam block to return to its expanded configuration.
Elastic module unit, elastic pad and furniture
An elastic module unit for a pad or furniture may include a fixed bottom plate and a plurality of elastic modules disposed on the fixed bottom plate, the fixed bottom plate including splicing sides arranged opposite to each other and end sides arranged opposite to each other. Each of the end sides includes a plurality of connectors having a rotary detent member and/or an engagement member. The rotary detent member is configured to swing about a pivot axis so that it releasably engages an engagement member of an adjacent elastic module unit. The engagement member is configured to releasably engage a rotary engagement member of an adjacent elastic module unit.
SPRING MODULE AND SPRING CUSHION FOR FURNITURE
The present disclosure provides a spring module for a spring cushion of furniture and a spring cushion having the same, the spring module may comprise a spring and a spring bracket for accommodating the conical spring, and the spring bracket may comprise a base, an end cover and a flexible connecting part connected therebetween, the spring may be fixed in the spring bracket with a predetermined initial pressure. The present disclosure further relates to a spring cushion having the spring module.
SLEEPING PLATFORM
A sleeping platform for leveling and firming an inclined seating surface has a semi-rigid, rollable mat defining at sleeping area and is placed on the inclined seating surface, at least one wedge for placement under an edge area of the mat and on the inclined seating surface, a flexible, rollable mattress substantially equal in size to the sleeping area, for placement on an upper surface of the mat and a fitted sheet engaging at least around the mat and the mattress for providing a sleeping surface. A T-shaped bridge may also be included under the mat for keeping cushions of the seating surface from separating from each other during sleep.
MATTRESS ASSEMBLY AND METHOD
A mattress assembly includes a chassis having top and bottom walls and first and second sidewalls that each extend from the top wall to the bottom wall. Inner surfaces of the walls and the sidewalls define an interior cavity. The top and bottom walls each include a first section that is connected to the first sidewall and a second section that is connected to the second sidewall such that the first sections are pivotable relative to the first sidewall and the second sections are pivotable relative to the second sidewall. The first section of the top wall is pivotable relative to the second section of the top wall and the first section of the bottom wall is pivotable relative to the second section of the bottom wall. A spring assembly is configured to be positioned within the interior cavity.
