Support assembly for a core drill
A support assembly for a core drill which utilizes an improved high strength spoked reinforcer. The reinforcer may be removably mounted a core drill tube by fasteners. A drive connection is removably mounted and centrally located on an outer disc of a pair of discs. The drive connection is adapted to connect with a drive shaft to cause rotation of the tube. The assembly can also include a split in the disc when the high strength spoked reinforcer is not welded thereto, thereby providing a means of water control. The high strength spoked reinforcer can be a separate piece that is bolted to the disc or can be integrally formed as one piece therewith.
Hole-saw with brazed or welded endcap
A hole-saw, including a sidewall and an endcap, is provided. The endcap includes projections that fit within notches of the sidewall to form a brazed or welded joint that couples the endcap to the cylindrical sidewall. The projections extend through the notches and are brazed or welded to the base of the sidewall. The endcap couples to the sidewall to form a cylindrical hole saw body. The endcap rotates and supports the hole-saw during operation.
CYLINDRICAL HEAD BORING TOOL, IN PARTICULAR A FORSTNER BIT
A cylindrical drill bit includes at least one set of circumferential cutting edges positioned at a circumference of the drill bit; the circumference is centred to a longitudinal rotational axis; each set of circumferential cutting edges includes at least two circumferential cutting edges; and the at least two circumferential cutting edges have a mutually different radial distance from the longitudinal rotational axis.
Material Grinding End Effector Assembly, Subassemblies Thereof, And Methods For Utilizing the Same
The present disclosure provides a cutting device. The cutting device includes a shaft, two or more gussets, two or more radial cutting members, and a circumferential cutting member. The shaft extends from a first end to a second end. The two or more gussets include at least a first gusset and a second gusset extending radially away from the shaft. The two or more radial cutting members include at least a first radial cutting member axially supported by the first gusset and a second radial cutting member axially supported by the second gusset. The circumferential cutting member is axially supported by each of the first gusset and the second gusset.
Core drill bit
A core drill bit 1 includes a tubular shaft 12, a mounting platform 31 provided on a proximal end of the tubular shaft 12 for mounting the core drill bit on a power tool 26, and an annular cutting section 2 provided with abrasive cutting segments 3 arranged at a distal end of the tubular shaft 12. A first transponder 24 is provided at the distal end of the tubular shaft 12. A repeater 28 is provided comprising a second transponder 29 at the proximal end of the tubular shaft 12, an antenna 33 facing the first transponder 24, and a wired connection 34 between the antenna 33 and the repeater 28.
