A primary zipper connects the upper section to the lower section. An expansion material is positioned between the upper section and the lower section and is further connected to a secondary zipper including a first coil and a second coil. The first coil and the second coil of the secondary zipper are configured to be separated to expand the expansion material or are configured to be moved together to collapse the expansion material, such that the expansion material is visible in an expanded configuration and is hidden behind the secondary zipper in a collapsed configuration. Body support cushion assemblies that make use of the covers to surround a body support cushion are further provided.
